Because of questions and possible concerns, we've developed a policy around photographs at CoW. Generally we do not want photographs taken during ceremonies, as it can be very distracting with flashes going off. In some cases we will have one person designated to discreetly take photos, for history's sake, but would prefer that others refrain. Asking the woman leading the ceremony is *always* a good idea. We would like to wholly discourage anyone from posting her photos in a public place. Thank you for your cooperation in this important matter. CoW and SOFI are not liable for participants' safety or personal property. Participants in the Maine Council of Women attend at their own risk. Camp Susan Curtis is situated in a natural environment in Maine on 100 secluded acres of protected forest, which surround a pure and crystal clear lake. Celebrate your feminine spirit with us on the shores of pristine Trout Pond.
