When do we need you and/or your child?
AFTERNOON — 11:15am parent volunteers / 12pm kids needed
EVENING — 4:30pm parent volunteers / 5:15pm kids needed
2) We need help!!! Can we count on you? If you can help backstage for the shows, please email [email protected] with:

2. cell phone number for text messages
3. which shows you can do.
Helpers can come out with your child to see them dance!
3) Photo Sessions available this year! Sign-­‐up by April 29. Photo sessions available in recital costume!
• $40 for a 30-minute session (I recommend one session per costume/piece
they’re in due to how long it takes them to change, etc. I also recommend you
come at least 30 minutes early to change and watch the one before you.)
• Pictures on Saturday, May 2 at Clifton Cultural Arts Center (3711 Clifton
Ave.)
• Sign-up no later than April 29 at MLCo.org/recitalphotos
• Pay for the session is required to book your slot. Pay at
MLCo.org/recitalphotopay.
• Prints not included, but high-resolution images you can print as much as you
like, are. You can also buy prints later (example: $2 for 4x6, $5 for 8x10).
4) COSTUMES Please check your child’s costuming on the following
pages. You will have to provide some pieces AND
need to plan discreet undergarments.
Undergarments: Avoid super baggy underpants that will peek out from under leotards;
go for less baggy and closer to skin color. If your child needs an undershirt, training bra,
or bra, we recommend form-fitting, thin camisole straps, close to skin color, and low
backs if possible since leotards cut low. Note if your child’s costume is a halter neckline.
Shoes: DON’T FORGET BALLET, JAZZ, AND TAP SHOES! If it is not a loaner from us,
WRITE YOUR CHILD’S NAME on the inside to avoid losing it. If you borrowed shoes
and want your deposit back, stick a piece of paper with your name on the inside of both
shoes and make sure to send Jeanne a note to get your deposit back.
Return our costumes: ML&Co. COSTUMES MUST BE RETURNED THE NIGHT OF THE
SHOW.
Acceptable jewelry: clear rhinestone stud earrings are fine. No necklaces, rings, anklets,
toe rings, or bracelets.
