The Marcellus Shale Coalition’s Surface Use and Midstream/Pipeline Committees in conjunction with the Pennsylvania
Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) are pleased to offer a PA DEP Site Restoration Processes and Practices
Training. This training is being offered to all oil and gas industry stakeholders.
The PA DEP is finalizing the site restoration extension form and the standard operating procedure (SOP) for filing a notice of
termination (NOT) application. These documents will streamline the process for well pad and pipeline projects.
During this training, the PADEP will educate attendees on site restoration, permit renewals and extension requirements, as well as, the
new NOT SOP. In addition, industry experts will discuss proper resolutions to landowner and/or 3 rd party impacts on well sites,
pipeline rights-of-way, etc.
