How to Lock a new loan (file not received by MEGA)
1.
Log into our system https://secure.lendingqb.com/website/index.aspx
2. You will be taken to your pipeline screen
A. Click on “Quick Pricer”

The ‘Quick Pricer” tab will open “Launch Quick Pricer”
A. Click on “Launch Quick Pricer”
4. Next you

5. Complete All Information
6. Click on the “Price” button at the bottom of page
7. Your pricing will Pop-Up on the right side of the screen. (Loan adjustments can be viewed at the “adjustments link)
8. Click on “Create Loan”
9. The next screen will ask for the Applicants First Name, Last and SSI number
A. After completing click on “Next”
10. The next screen will ask for Loan Officer and Processor information
A. Complete the required information and click on “Next”
11. You will be taken to the “Property Information” screen
A. Complete all information on “Property and Application” Make sure to include the FICO scores on Application
#1 tab
B. Choose “Term”, Amortization Type” and “Product Type”
C. Click the “Price” button
12. You will then be able to see the pricing for the programs you selected
A. Select the rate you would like to lock
B. Click on the “Register” link
13. You will then be taken to the “Lock Confirmation Screen”
A. Click the “I Agree” box
B. Click the “Confirm” box
14. You then will receive your “Lock Registration” Secondary Marketing will review your request and send
you a lock confirmation by the end of the day.
