I am pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Ansuini to Vice
President of Labor Analytics. In this newly created position, Jason
will provide leadership for the centralized labor analysis initiative
within MGM Resorts International. He is responsible for developing
and leading strategies to maximize Company productivity from
a labor perspective. In addition, Jason will partner with both
properties and Corporate Entities to enhance labor reporting
and business volume forecasting, as well as develop standard
Companywide productivity metrics.

Jason is an experienced professional who possesses a strong
background in financial planning and analysis. He most recently
served as Executive Director of Finance & Strategy at ARIA,
a position he held since 2013. There, he was responsible for
evaluating operational and financial performance for the property
and providing strategic guidance, including detailed analyses
on revenue enhancement and cost containment opportunities
to drive the property’s EBITDA margin. Jason also led ARIA’s
annual operating and capital budgeting process and assisted in
coordinating the development of the property Strategic Plan.
Jason is a 2008 graduate of our Company’s Management Associate
Program (MAP). Upon completing MAP, he was named Operational
Evaluation Manager at Bellagio. In 2011, Jason transferred to
Mandalay Bay as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. In that
role, he oversaw the coordination of the annual budget, evaluation
of financial performance for departments, the property-wide rollout
of Virtual Roster Scheduler software, and predictive analytics with
respect to volume-driven areas of the business.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Information
Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New
York. He holds his Master of Business Administration in Finance
from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Jason graduated from
the inaugural Finance Leadership Program in 2014 and is a current
participant in the MGM Resorts Leadership Institute. He is also an
MGM Resorts Diversity Champion from the class, C.A.T.C.H. 22.
