THANK YOU
Dear Mt. Ruhama Church Family,
Thank you for the love and support you have shown us during the declining health and
passing of our Dad. We deeply appreciate the prayers, calls, cards, visits, flowers, food,
and Gideon Bibles. Your expressions of love have been such wonderful blessings! How
thankful we are to be a part of this special church family!
In His Love, The Garland Goodson Family

Dear Mt. Ruhama,
How wonderful to see the compassion, generosity and goodness of the Lord reflected in
you; I am truly touched by your thoughtfulness. I am truly blessed to have such amazing
people in my life. I have faith and trust in the plan God has for me and I thank you all for
your support in praying for me during my illness and surgery. I wish you a life filled with
love and care. Thanks for all your prayers, Regards, Agnes Pruitt

THANK YOU
Dear Mt. Ruhama Family,
Thank you very much for the generous donation of Gideon Bibles in memory of my Dad. Dad has
always supported Gideon’s International and would be honored that you gave the WORD to help
transform lives. Our family deeply appreciates this loving act of kindness and we are very blessed
by your love and support. Michael Staton and Family
Backpack for Kids
Mt. Ruhama is helping to sponsor the
BACKPACK FOR KIDS program at Balls Creek
Elementary and Tuttle Elementary.
This program is geared to help children in need by supplying
food over the weekends. The backpacks are distributed each Friday
with around 15 items of food, and the empty packs are returned on
Mondays. The process is repeated each week.
Because of increased need our collection will be ongoing/
year round. We will alternate delivery to each school as
soon as an adequate amount has been collected.
Sunday, March 29 ~ Easter Celebration
*Lunch Following Service *Special Guest *Egg Hunt for the Children

What types of food are needed? Any single serving canned
food (pop-top if available) or individually wrapped snack foods will be
accepted. Our goal is to provide healthy foods that are child friendly. The
contents for each backpack will weigh approximately 5 lbs., yet in some
cases, a bag could weigh up to 12 lbs., with contents. Therefore, it is
important to use single serving cans so that it will be lighter for the children
to carry home.
