SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS
2015 EXHIBIT CALENDAR
Only NCAA members in good standing are eligible for
entry. All participating artists are required to provide
refreshments for the opening reception. Details will be
provided by the food committee.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Applications, fees, and photos must
be
RECEIVED by Friday, May 15, 2015
2D and 3D artwork will be considered for entry into the
exhibit. Submitted artwork must be original in concept
and design and suitable for viewing by any audience.
Artwork must have been completed within the last four
years. "Prints" are not eligible for entry. Art work must
remain in the exhibit until Friday, June 26.
SHOW SET-UP: Monday, June 1, 2015, 9:00AM 10:00AM, Centre for Performing & Visual Arts
Artists may not substitute another work for an
accepted work or withdraw accepted work. Title and
price will not be changed after submission.
All entries must be professionally framed or displayed.
(No white frames, PLEASE!) Gallery wrap will be
accepted.
Artwork must be clearly labeled on the back with
artist's name, title, size, and selling price or NFS (Not
for Sale).
Juror and/or committee reserve the right of refusal if
accepted artwork is not what was represented in the
photograph, or in the case of 2D artwork, does not
meet the framing requirements.
METHOD OF ENTRY
Each artist may submit up to 3 photographs. Three
submitted pieces of artwork may be selected for each
artist. Photographs must be 4" x 6" in size and on
glossy photo paper. A label on the back will contain
the following information: title, artist's name, size,
medium, price, and entry identification (A, B, or C).
Please include an arrow indicating the top of the work.
Photographs will be returned to the artists.

DAVID TRUED will photograph works for submission with
studio lighting equipment. He will prepare three 4" x 6"
photographs for $5.00. Photography sessions will be at the

Photographs will be ready on the next afternoon following
the shooting date.
SALES
Submitted artwork may be marked "Not for Sale ("NFS")."
All sales will be handled by the Centre for Performing &
Visual Arts. No commission is involved. Sold works are to
remain in the exhibit until June 26, 2015. Artists will
receive payment 60 - 90 days after the show closes.
STATEMENT OF LIABILITY
Artwork will be handled with utmost care. NCAA, the
Centre for Performing and Visual Arts, or any participating
exhibitor or volunteer cannot be held responsible for
damage or loss. NCAA and the Centre for Performing and
Visual Arts reserve the right to photograph work for
publicity purposes. NCAA and the Performing & Visual Arts
Centre will not insure art.
