44th Annual New Hampshire Safety & Health Conference
The 2015 New Hampshire Conference Committee & Staff want to welcome you to the Annual
New Hampshire Safety & Health Conference. We appreciate the support you give us year
after year…We are delighted that you are exhibiting with us again!
Two major improvements we made last year, and will continue this year!
1.) Our Vendor area will be set up in the Center of NH Exhibitor hall in a circle formation around the lunch
tables and evening networking event, so everyone will be in the “front row” and vendor exposure will
be exceptional! BEST EVER!
2.) Vendors this year will receive 20 free Exhibitor Hall passes for your customers that you may want to invite
to this year’s show!
Welcome Packet includes:

Conference Program - Exhibitors are welcome to attend any educational session during the Conference

Name Badges - If there is a change, please come to the registration table for a new badge.
** Badges must be worn at all times during the Conference
Additional Meal Tickets:
Two lunches per day for a maximum of two Representatives. Additional lunches may be purchased at the registration
table. Cost is $30.00 per person.
Vendor Setup Time:
Vendor can start moving in on Monday, April 13, 2015 @1pm. Melissa Worcester will be arriving that morning. If you
need to reach her, you can contact her at 207-899-5809
The Exhibit Area will be open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Continental Breakfast will begin at 7:00 a.m. each morning. It is recommended that the Exhibitors be available at
this time in order to visit with the attendees. Activities end at 5:00 pm on Tuesday and 4:30 pm on Wednesday, and you
may get some last minute traffic. See your brochure for scheduled Networking opportunities with Attendees. The doors
to the hall will be open at 6:30am for vendors.
Traffic Flow:
The Committee understands how important it is for Conference Attendees to have time to visit with Exhibitors. With
that in mind, specific times have been scheduled between Breakout Sessions for Attendees to visit the Exhibit area.
Don’t forget that we are having a new “Meet & Greet” Social with a speaker on Tuesday
the 14th starting @ 3:45 pm in the Vendor area
Breakdown of Exhibits:

Exhibits may not break down before 3:00pm Wednesday, April 15 there still may be some attendee’s
that have not had a chance to work their way around the hall to see everyone….
*Power
Due to the fact that the majority of conference facilities in New Hampshire are now charging $75 per
booth for electricity to allow for a licensed electrician to setup and remove electrical connections for
conferences, we will be adding this cost as a separate fee for those vendors who require electricity
for their booths. Our booth fees will remain the same as previous years; however, the cost for electricity for booths are an additional $75.00 for both days. Please use the form below to let us know if
you will be requiring electricity for your booth.
*Parking
Discounting parking is available in the parking garage at the Center of NH. The discounted rate is
$5.00 per day for conference participants and vendors attending for the day. Over-night guests will
receive a $10.00 discount on the $20.00 rate for 24 hours for a total of $10.00 per 24 hour period.
*PLEASE BRING IN PARKING TICKETS TO THE REGISTRATION DESK TO BE STAMPED
IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THESE DISCOUNTED PARKING RATES.
Vendor Hall Passes:
We have decided to try something different this year to allow your customers a chance to see your
booth at our show this year! If you would like to invite your members/clients to come and visit you in
the vendor hall we are giving each vendor 20 passes. Lunch passes can be purchased for $30.00 if desired. If a visitor is interested in visiting a workshop, they can audit one class at no charge. Please
email Melissa at [email protected] with the form below so that we can have a pass waiting for
them at registration.

We understand that we are allowed up to 20 free Vendor Hall Guest Passes. Lunch passes can be purchased separately for $30.00 each.
