ANNEXURE “B”
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) You will have to use own tools and gadgets required for the job and scaffolding if
required.
2) Rate to be quoted on Labour charges basis. All other required material will be
provided by mill.
3) All statutory Rules ESIC/PF/IT/ Service Tax are applicable you will have to drawn
Insurance, policy under workmen compensation act cover your workmen for
accident/injury while carrying/out work in Mills you will be solely responsible as
well liable for any accident/injury to your workers.
4) Job to be done without damaging Mills property. In case of damage it will be
recovered from you if contract is entrusted with you.
5) You will have to make enter the name of your employees in Mill gate Register
regularly during the period of work.
6) You will have to make entries of all materials brought by you for the job work in
gates entry Register. Material brought to be offered to the Inspection of Mill
Engineer and after his approval it is to be used.
7) Payment:
a. 100% payment will be made on satisfactory completion of work.
8) At every stage of work you should report Mill’s Engineer.
