As announced in company announcement of today’s date, NunaMinerals A/S (“NunaMinerals” or the
“Company”) is in suspension of payments.
The Court of Greenland has upon request from the Company appointed the following supervision for
NunaMinerals during the suspension of payment scheme:


Niels Hansen Damm, Malling & Hansen-Damm advokatfirma, and
Søren Aamand Jensen, Kromann Reumert
The Court of Greenland has scheduled a meeting with the Company’s creditors to take place on 5 June
2015 at 11:00 a.m. Nuuk time at the Court of Greenland Jens Kreutzmannip aqqutaa 1, 3900 Nuuk,
courtroom 1.
