Plan to supplement your learning at “The Impact of Major Presidential Decisions Lecture
Series” with a day-trip to Grand Rapids. Entrance fees, presentations and tour at the Ford
Presidential Museum, a visit to the burial sites of President and Mrs. Ford, a visit to and
presentation at Grace Episcopal Church (the site of the Ford funerals), a drive by the Ford
Residence and an included lunch are being scheduled for this trip.
Itinerary
8:00 am - Depart Meijer - 3145 Ann Arbor Saline Rd (Section I)
10:30 am - Arrive at Grace Episcopal Church
Presentation by John Chrisman
11:30 am - Depart for Ford Residence (Quick Photo-Op)
12:00 pm - Arrive at Holiday Inn for your included lunch
1:30 pm - Arrival at Ford Museum followed by a presentation
2:30 pm - Free time to tour the Museum, Garden, Burial Site, etc.
6:45 pm - Approximate return to Meijer parking lot
