Bring your used equipment/dresses to Rotary Place, marked
with your name, phone number and price to sell between 5:00-5:30pm.
Also, submit an envelope with your name on the front with all your items
and prices listed. Pick up of unsold items and envelope with completed
sales must be retrieved no later than 7:30pm or it becomes
the property of the OFSC.
2015-2016 Fall/Winter Registration is going online and should be
activated by mid-July. Our board members will be able to assist
with the online process at the Aug. 12th registration

**There will be a half hour of off ice training Mon-Thurs for all
sessions during weeks #1-4 only. A schedule will be sent out prior
to the start of the summer season**
CODE OF CONDUCT:
Each skater and parent (if skater is not 18yrs of age or older)
must sign the Code of Conduct form prior to being allowed to
skate. Please return to your coach.
Please note:
The minimum membership required is a two-day membership. Part time
skaters must skate only those days for which they are registered for.
Skaters registered in the summer program may add an extra day during a
week that they are already registered for at a cost of Bronze - $35/day and
Silver/Gold- $45/day. We do not allow guest skating. A $15 Skate
Canada fee will also apply to anyone not registered in the 2014-2015
season.
CAMP FEE (Week #1 only) $275.00 ($300.00 after June 15th)
PRE-BRONZE STARSKATE $115/$95 (2 day/1 day – Mon/Wed)
Must be working on Stages 4-6 of the CanSkate program
BRONZE STARSKATE Must have passed Stage 6 of Canskate.
4 days per week x 4 weeks = $450.00 or $140.00 per week
3 days per week x 4 weeks = $355.00 or $110.00 per week
2 days per week x 4 weeks = $260.00 or $75 per week
SILVER STARSKATE Must have passed all of Jr. Bronze Skills & Jr.
Bronze Dances
Full membership (includes Fridays) = $1080.00 or $215.00 per week
Full membership (no Fridays) = $ 980.00 or $205.00 per week
4 days per week x 4 weeks = $805.00 or $205 per week
3 days per week x 6 weeks = $845.00 or $165.00 per week
2 days per week x 6 weeks = $565.00 or $115.00 per week
GOLD STARSKATE Must have passed all Sr. Bronze Freeskate, Jr. Silver
Dances and Jr. Silver Skills.
Full membership (includes Fridays) = $1080.00 or $215.00 per week
Full membership (no Fridays) = $ 980.00 or $205.00 per week

BALANCING DAY – JUNE 18th.
The OFSC wants to provide the best skating opportunity for all skaters, therefore we
make an attempt to balance numbers on all sessions. Skaters with the highest

Waiver
The applicant agrees to release the Orillia Figure Skating Club
(OFSC), its officers, directors, coaches and members from any
claims for damages arising from any accident, injury or loss which is
caused by or arising from participation in any program, including use
of the harness. Further the applicant agrees to abide by the rules
and regulations of Skate Canada and the Orillia Figure Skating
Club. PHOTO WAIVER The applicant grants the OFSC the right for
display or promotional purposes, the use of any photographs taken
of the applicant and waives/releases any claim related to such use.
