This event is 18 holes with a scramble format. Play is at the White Tail Ridge Golf Course, located one mile south of State Route 204, between
Thornville and Glenford. The address is 14105 Thorn Township Road 21. Your entry includes golf, cart, skins, refreshments, cookout lunch
and the opportunity to win other prizes in addition to prizes listed above. Payment must accompany entry form. Your entry is not confirmed
without payment.
