Uncompromized user friendliness
As CMM operators, having the most important machine parameters and
functions immediately at hand for evaluation and operation independent
of the PC in use, is very important. Ideally, the operators want to have
these parameters included on the joystick. This convincing aspect of
user-friendliness sets the bar for Pantec Metrology’s new SMARTPAD™.
Included WLAN makes the SMARTPAD™ the right choice, making
cumbersome and disturbing cable connections unnecessary, avoiding
known dangers associated with stumbling or wear damage on standard
systems.

Retrofitter don't need to get used to more than just one GUI,
if using either Pantec Metrology's EAGLE™ or CONDOR™ for
the retrofit. A well the retrofit itself can be made independent
from the measuring software or can be done with measuring
SW without CAA.

T-BUS™ - keep an eye on
environmental effects
SCAN2.0™ - scanning of
unknown contours
T-BUS™ integrates up to 16 temperature
sensors with an absolute accuracy ±0.1°C
(at 15°C to 30°C) and delivers absolute
temperature values to the measurement
software for compensation. With this
compensation the temperature range for the
operation of machines can be extended and
alternative materials for lighter designs of
coordinate measuring machines can be used.
Scan 2.0 is Pantec Metrology's convincing
answer to customer demands requesting
higher scanning performance, especially in
scanning of unknown contours. Consequent
optimization of control algorithms allows the
ideal balance between scanning speed and
accuracy. Additionally the new algorithms
provide stable scanning performance
independent from probe types, extension or
position.
