The package includes: Welcoming non-alcoholic cocktail on arrival Open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner Daily afternoon tea break (1530 hrs -1600 hrs): tea, coffee, pancakes and local cookies 1 glass of water during lunch and dinner 2 non-alcoholic or local alcoholic drink during dinner Beverages - all local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks which are not included in the package will be sold to POWC participants at a discounted price of 50% Live night musical entertainment P.T.O 1 Beach volley tournament, bocci ball tournament, mini foot tournament, water polo game, billard ball, dart board, domino tournament, glass bottom boat and boat-house facilities (kayak, pedalos) 50% discount on any SPA treatments to be booked earlier at the reception. Buses will leave their respective collecting points at the exact time indicated for check-in and checkout. Latecomers will have to make their own transport arrangements. Interested public officers are requested to fill in the enclosed form and submit same to the Council together with the exact amount. Please note that applicants should submit photocopy of a recent payslip and National Identity Card and Birth Certificate for children under 15 years while effecting payments. Tickets will be sold on a “first come first served basis” on Saturday 27 June 2015 from 0900 to 1445 hours and on week days as from Monday 29 June 2015 during working hours at the seat of the Public Officers’ Welfare Council, 6th Floor, ATOM House, 16 Royal Street, Port Louis. Cancellation should be made at least one week prior to the date of the stay. Kindly note that refund will only be considered in exceptional cases (illness or death of a close relative), supported by documentary evidence. It would be appreciated if you could kindly arrange for this letter to be circulated to officers serving in your Ministry/Department/Division.
