2015 District 4 – 4-H Shooting Sports Invitational Contest

PARTICIPATION LIMITS:
Participants may register for only (3) events on June 27th.
Participants may register for only (3) events on July 11th and only one trap event is allowed.
Participants will sign up as individuals (no teams).
FEES:
Trap: 25 targets = $12.00
50 targets = $18.00
100 targets = $25.00
All other events = $12.00
Registration fees are due with registration – NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
VOLUNTEERS:
For every 5 participants, one volunteer must be provided by each county. NEW THIS YEAR: Agents signature is
required to certify that background checks have been completed on specific volunteers. Not all volunteers that help
out must have a background check; however, a background check is required for some positions so this will help in
placing volunteers in appropriate volunteer positions.
RULES:
All 2015 State 4-H Shooting Sports Rules will be enforced
All participants must have a 4-H Photo I.D.
Participants must provide their own equipment.
.22 Target Rifle must be shot in first two relays, if not present you will be DISQUALIFIED
T-SHIRTS:
Each participant will receive a T-Shirt as part of their registration fee.
Additional T-shirts: $7.00 each
Day of the event: $9.00 each

REGISTRATION:
Submit registration electronically in Excel, send to: [email protected]
Registration must be received by Friday, May 29, 2015.
All changes must be made by June 12, 2015.
Be sure you get signatures on the County Participation Form - the last tab in the electronic file.
NO registration, changes or substitutions will be taken the day of the events.
Trap schedules, volunteer assignments, etc. will be posted to the Powell Co. 4-H webpage when completed
(http://powell.ca.uky.edu/4HYouthDevelopment).
Registration fees are non-refundable. Make all checks payable to District 4 4-H Shooting Sports.
