Time: 12:00 pm (participants must arrive by 11:45 am)
Where: Gloucester County 4-H Office, 1200 N. Delsea Drive, Clayton
Entry Deadline: Thursday, May 14, 2015
Entry Fee: $10 per team
The 4-H iron Chef Contest is a team cooking contest sponsored by Taste
Buds cooking club. Teams shall consist of 2 Gloucester County 4-H members within the same age divisions. Teams will be informed of the mystery
ingredient on Saturday, May 16 and must work as a team to select a recipe. All items to prepare your selected recipe must presented to a judge, ex-
plaining to them which recipe was selected, showing how it is prepared
while working together as a team. You and your teammate will be judged
Cloverbud Participants: 4-H
members in grades K-3 are encouraged to participate but will
not be judged.
Divisions:
Junior Teams: Grades 4-7
on your presentation, the taste, texture and appearance of the item you make. You must bring
a copy of your recipe for the judges.
