Terms and Conditions of Entry
To ensure that all patrons enjoy their experience at the Basin Reserve,
entry to the ground is subject to the following conditions:
 Tickets are all General Admission Standing. There is no allocated
seating.
 This is licensed event, in order to purchase and consume alcohol
you must be over the age of 18. Please note you may be required
to produce ID if you look under 25 years of age.
 New Zealand law insists that patrons under the age of
14 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
 The Promoter and/or Venue reserve the right to amend the Terms
and Conditions of Entry at any time without notice.
Patron and bag searches
 All patrons and their possessions may be subject to searches
before entering the ground.
 Searches may also be carried out during an event
 Patrons who refuse to participate in searches may be denied entry
to the ground or asked to leave the venue.
 Prohibited items will be confiscated.
Patrons may be refused entry to the Basin Reserve if they
 Have no valid entry ticket
 Appear intoxicated/under the influence of drugs or exhibit
disorderly behaviour.
 Failure to comply with gate staff or security requests.
 Are in possession of prohibited items.
 Have been previously served with a trespass notice that still
applies.
Patrons will be asked if leave the Basin Reserve if they
 Are verbally or physically abusive or behave in an offensive
manner.
 Are intoxicated.
 Are carrying out unauthorised activities within the Basin Reserve.
Patrons may not bring into the Basin Reserve
 Alcohol.
 Illicit drugs.
 Water bottles, and glass bottles or cans.
 Chilly bins
 Food
 Sound amplifiers including loudhailers, vuvuzelas, and air horns.
 Recording devices for commercial purposes.
 Dogs or other pets (guide dogs are permitted).
 Flares, fireworks, laser pointers.
 Knives or other dangerous weapons.
 Skateboards, roller blades, scooters or bicycles.
 Cameras, videos, tape recorders and other recording devices may
be prohibited for certain events.
