PILATES
Fundamentals
Every great journey begins with a single step....
all subsequent Pilates classes. Essential elements:
breathing, abdominal engagement and postural
alignment will be covered.The most essential class.
MATWORK PILATES
Pilates exercises performed on the mat using
bodyweight as resistance to tone, stretch &
strengthen the body with emphasis on abdominals,
posture & alignment.
Principal Pilates
A beginner to intermediate workout - more
advanced exercises and enhanced endurance
than primary classes. Levels exist within the class
to cater for a wide range of levels. Focus on the
abdominals with sculpting also occurring in thighs,
butt and arms.
Power Pilates
A more advanced workout in Pilates Matwork.
Greater focus on strength & stabilisation. Regular
sessions at this level will result in supreme body
awareness & tone, strong abdominals & limbs.
Pilates on Ball
Pilates matwork exercises performed on the Swiss
Balls to challenge balance and core control. A great
variation to add to your routine to challenge the
body on an unstable surface.
Small Apparatus
A variety of Pilates matwork exercises enhanced
with the use of the foam Rollers, Theraband, magic
circle and Swiss Balls. Great workout for variation
to principal class.
Pure Traditional GRC Class Range:
Pure’s unique fusion of traditional Pilates Reformer
exercises to condition, tone and strengthen your whole
body.
GRC: TECH 45
All journeys start with a single step and this is your most
critical one. Attend a minimum of 2-5 of these classes to
learn how to correctly use the two essentials machines in
Pure GRC classes – the reformer and your body. Learn how
to align your body and engage the correct muscles for
optimal results as well as how to use the amazingly unique
and transformative Reformer apparatus.
GRC: OPEN 45
A results-focused class guaranteed to firm, lengthen and
sculpt every inch of your body. Delivering a lithe, lean and
functionally fit physique. Appropriate for all levels as options
for progression and regression given, so you can customize
your experience.
GRC: POWER 45
For those with a strong will, strong mind, strong core and
strong heart. This is a workout that will challenge those
with more experience. Designed to push you and elevate
your practice, strength and skills.
Pure Reformation GRC Suite:
An exciting fusion of traditional Reformer Pilates and the
latest in fitness innovation. A challenging, fun and
transformational workout series to lengthen, strengthen
and tone the body.
GRC: STRETCH 45
Stretch. Lengthen. Breath. Repeat…. Allow the phenomenal
reformer to support your body through a fluid sequence of
balance restoring and ache releasing stretches for 45
minutes.
GRC: HIIT 30
High intensity intervals performed on and next to the
Reformer. A meeting of two worlds? Yes. A double of
results? You betcha! Bringing you the proven results of
high intensity interval conditioning fused with the supportive
challenge of the reformer, this class is guaranteed to sizzle
calories and burn fat!
GRC: BOOTY BLITZ 45
Pure Founder, Marina has long said the best butt
exercises are performed on the Reformer. As the name
suggests this class is biased towards blitzing of the booty.
All exercises in this class are custom designed to lift,
tighten, shape and transform the legs, thighs and, of
course, the BUTT!
GRC: CORE 30
Want a waistline that’s whittled, flat and
lean? This 30-minute class is all about your
abs and will create deep strength and full
integration of the powerhouse of your body.
Expect a strong core, stable pelvis, supported
back & flat abs!
GRC: PLUS 45
Bringing you the best exercises for total
conditioning with a little extra! Top to toe,
this class will get you in shape using not only
the reformer, but also therabands, magic
circles, free weights & balls! A fun, all levels
class that delivers strength and tone to every
inch of your body.

OPEN FLOOR
A strength- building class that incorporates free
weights and resistance machines. This 30 minute
session will focus on working the major muscle
groups of the body while maintaining correct
technique. This class, being for all levels of fitness
from beginner to advanced will be a great
additional workout to any strength, cardio or

These classes develop muscle tone & strength plus
improve endurance, balance & fat burning capacity.
Pure Suspension
This class is a total-body workout that increases
strength, balance, flexibility and muscular
endurance! Leveraging gravity and your own body
weight, suspension training will challenge your core
and tone all over! Suitable for all fitness levels!
Pure Flow

Pure Ride
High intensity, low impact cardio based class done
A class using free weight and swiss ball to develop
lean whilst building functional strength.
Pure Slide
Controlled,low impact strength class performed on
gliding discs. A killer for the lower body, improving
tone and strength all over.
Pure Abs/Butt/Thighs
A 30 minute quickie covering all the bases. A rapidPilates-based, beginners welcome.
Pure Motion
This class uses a foam roller and your body weight to
perform a self-applied massage to release and break up
trigger points. Combined with stretching and abdominal
work, Pure Motion will help recover faster, increase
flexibility and tone the mid-section in 30 minutes!
YOGA
Hatha Yoga
This class is Iyengar style orientated, focusing
on alignment. It is restorative in nature and will
and blitzing butt and thighs

correct alignment of the body. Breath is also
emphasized as it is key to the practise.
Pure Orb
Dynamic Yoga (Power)
A fun blend of cardio and strength - using weighted

An expressive low-impact class blending music,
movements and concepts from both Eastern and
Western traditions. Energise your body, stimulate
your mind and inspire your spirit - all in one class!
Pure Hip Hop

Zumba ®
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms
and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-aroutines feature interval training sessions where
fast and slow rhythms and resistance training
are combined to tone and sculpt your body while
zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class!
Based on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, this practice
(movement and breath) & Bandhas will be focused
on. From an emphasis on core postures, students
will learn how to move between and within postures
using breath correctly. More dymanic then Hatha
and better suited to those looking for a more
vigorous yoga class.
PURE BEGINNINGS
Pure Bubacise
A class for new mums and their bubs. A class
strengthening and toning post pregnancy. Bring
bub along - you can use them or weights for
resistence. No walking children please (childcare is
available for toddlers).
GRC Pregalates
A Group Reformer Class especially for pregnant
mum’s-to-be. Strengthening all the relevant muscles
for preganancy, birth & beyond, this is a gentle yet
effective session not to be missed by any expectant
