Abs/Butt/Thighs and Pure HIIT (30min) Yoga, Pure Affirmation (60min). All classes which require booking are marked with . All GRC, Pure Ride, Pure Bounce,
Fithoop and Suspension require booking in advance. Classes are subject to change without notice.

MATWORK PILATES
Pilates exercises performed on the mat using
bodyweight as resistance to tone, stretch & strengthen
the body with emphasis on abdominals, posture &
alignment
Fundamentals
Every great journey begins with a single step.... This class
will ensure you gain the full benefits of all all subsequent
Pilates classes. Essential elements: breathing, abdominal
engagement and postural alignment will be covered. The
most essential class
Principal Pilates
A beginner to intermediate workout - more advanced
exercises and enhanced endurance than primary
classes. Levels exist within the class to cater for a
wide range of levels. Focus on the abdominals with
sculpting also occurring in thighs, butt and arms.
Power Pilates
A more advanced workout in Pilates Matwork.
Greater focus on strength & stabilisation. Regular
sessions at this level will result in supreme body
awareness & tone, strong abdominals & limbs.
GRC: CORE NEW NEW NEW
Want a waistline that’s whittled, flat and lean?
This 30-minute class is all about your abs and
will create deep strength and full integration of
the powerhouse of your body. Expect a strong
core, stable pelvis, supported back & flat abs!
GRC: PLUS NEW NEW NEW
Bringing you the best exercises for total
conditioning with a little extra! Top to toe, this
class will get you in shape using not only the
reformer, but also therabands, magic circles,
free weights & balls! A fun, all levels class
that delivers strength and tone to every inch
of your body.
GRC: POWER NEW NEW NEW
For those with a strong will, strong mind,
strong core and strong heart. This is a
workout that will challenge those with more
experience. Designed to push you and
elevate your practice, strength and skills.

STRENGTH
These classes develop muscle tone & strength plus
improve endurance, balance & fat burning capacity.
Pure Suspension
This class is a total-body workout that increases
strength, balance, flexibility and muscular
endurance! Leveraging gravity and your own body
weight, suspension training will challenge your core
and tone all over! A unique, fun and super rewarding

Pilates, gyrotronics & strength. Dynamic
stabilisation, balance, stretching & strength work are

Pure Sculpt
A class using free weights to develop strength and
definition throughout the body. Get lean whilst building

Pure Affirmation
A fusion of yoga, pilates, strength and self.
A true embracing of the connection of the body, mind
and soul. A set flowing sequence of movement to
condition, tone, strengthen, lengthen and align your

Pure Abs/Butt/Thighs
A 30 minute quickie covering all the bases. A rapid-

biased towards blitzing of the booty. All

Stretch. Lengthen. Breath. Repeat…. Allow
the phenomenal reformer to support your

A high intensity, low impact cardiovascular class
on mini trampolines. Set to music with basic
choreography, fun class with cardio, strength, abs
and stretching
Pure Morphosis
A high energy class designed to burn maximum
calories and fat! Alternating activities using the step
and free weights.
A short but intense workout consisting of high
intensity intervals interspersed with lower intensity
recovery. It is hard core but it will optimize your
fitness, boost your metabolism and get you
stripping fat like nothing else.

Zumba ®
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms
and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind
feature interval training sessions where fast and
slow rhythms and resistance training are combined
to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add

YOGA
This class provides deep rest for all of the body’s
systems (physical, mental and emotional) via
breathing, personal intention, body scan, imagery and
visualisations. It will reintegrate the mind, body and
spirit and free up vital prana for energy and healing.
Bring a rug/towel and warm clothing.
Hatha Yoga
This class is Iyengar style orientated, focusing on
alignment. It is restorative in nature and will improve
as enhance posture. It emphasizes the correct
alignment of the body. Breath is also emphasized as
it is key to the practise.
Dynamic Yoga (Power)
Based on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, this practice

postures, students will learn how to move between and
within postures using breath correctly. More dymanic
then Hatha and better suited to those looking for a more
vigorous yoga class.
Stretch
Stretch is a holistic form which includes physical
exercise, cleansing procedures, muscle & breath
control and aspects of meditation. This class will
stress level. In this class you will learn how to use
yoga postures and other complimentary techniques
to sequentially stretch (lengthen) the muscles in
your body.
Pure Release
A fusion of myofacial and pressure point releases
plus yin yoga deep stretches… This powerful class
utilises tennis and tension balls to give your body
the release it needs after strong workouts that
standard stretching just won't deliver. Love your

PURE BEGINNINGS
GRC Pregalates
A Group Reformer Class especially for pregnant
mum’s-to-be. Strengthening all the relevant muscles
for preganancy, birth & beyond, this is a gentle yet
effective session not to be missed by any expectant

mum’s-to-be. This class will ensure ongoing tone,
strength and mobility in the required places.
