The most essential class Principal Pilates A beginner to intermediate workout - more advanced exercises and enhanced endurance than primary classes. Levels exist within the class to cater for a wide range of levels. Focus on the abdominals with sculpting also occurring in thighs, butt and arms. Power Pilates A more advanced workout in Pilates Matwork. Greater focus on strength & stabilisation.
