I hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. It was brought to my attention that there has been an
increase in the number of robberies and break-ins in this community. Especially with the summer months
approaching and many families going out for holidays, it is important to stay vigilant and more cautious. Therefore, I
would like to call a Community Safety Meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss how to make our community safer and prevent similar incident in the
future. The 42 Police Division will be attending to share safety tips and to listen to your suggestions.
A strong and united community can overcome and withstand the hardest of situations. We have wonderful
neighbourhoods and I hope we can stand firm against crime and violence while restoring solidarity and peace. Let us
all remain hopeful and work together to keep our community safe, unified, stable, vibrant and strong.
