Conditions of Entry All work must be original, for sale, and not more than two years old. All entries must be sturdily framed and ready
to hang by WIRE from our display boards. Sawtooth hooks are not acceptable. All works and frames must
be completely dry. While utmost care will be exercised, we cannot make special hanging arrangements. Works
previously exhibited in the Renton Annual Art Show are not eligible. Accepted work must remain on display
through 5 pm Sunday.
Divisions Main Show: Entries of all media will be juried for selection and awards in this division, regardless of
professional or non-professional status.
Little Gallery: Limited to entries of all media smaller than 20” x 24” or 480 square inches (including frame) and
priced at $300 or less.
Student Show: Limited to entries of all media submitted by artists 18 years of age and under.
Jury All selections will be juried. Awards will be given in each category.
Registration Fees You may enter more than one division; limits indicated below.
Main Show: $15 per piece entered, limited to 2 entries.
Little Gallery: $10 per piece entered, limited to 5 entries.
Student Show: $5 per piece entered, limited to 2 entries.
Registration fees are non-refundable. 30% of the sale price will be charged for all work sold.
Preview Showing A Preview Party will be held July 23 at 8 pm at the Renton Community Center, $20 per person. Presentation of
awards will be made to winners at this time. Two complimentary tickets will be mailed to Prize Winners.
Awards $4,000 has been designated for prizes and special purchases in the Main Show, Little Gallery and Student Show.
Pick Up All works not accepted may be picked up Thursday, July 23 from 6-7pm or Sunday, July 26 from 5-5:45pm.
Exhibited entries must be picked up from the Renton Community Center on Sunday, July 26 from 5-5:45 pm.
Unclaimed items will become the property
of the Committee.

Show. While attendants will be on duty during the show, neither R.A.A.S. or Renton Community Center assumes responsibility for injury to persons or
loss of or damage whatsoever to property of the artists, including theft. I grant R.A.A.S. permission to use a photographic likeness of my work for the
sole purpose of promoting the Renton Annual Art Show. I will make no monetary or other claim against R.A.A.S. for the use of photographic likeness of
my artwork.
