Customer Information
® RESERVABLE ITEMS: A $5
non-refundable reservation fee
is required to reserve an item.
Fee will be applied to rental fee.
Item may be reserved up to 30
days in advance.
LATE FEE: Items are considered
late when not returned by the
date indicated on the rental
agreement. Overdue equipment
will be charged an additional
daily rate.
CLEANING FEE: A fee equal to
daily rate will be charged for
items returned improperly
cleaned.
EQUIPMENT INSPECTION: Patrons must inspect the equipment before leaving the Rental
Center and advise of any discrepancies. Every attempt is made
prior to rental to ensure equipment is clean and serviceable.
Pull behind items need 1 full day
between rentals for inspection.
ELIGIBILITY: Equipment is
available to all active duty, retired military and their dependents 18 years of age or older.
Reservists and DoD employees
assigned to Robins AFB and DoD
contractors who are authorized
for logistics support.
BOAT RENTALS: Patrons are
required to pass the Robins Boating Safety Test before renting
any water-craft equipment. The
test is administered 8 a.m.-2
p.m., Mon.—Fri. To study for test
go to www.boat-ed.com.
BOATS ARE NOT PERMITTED
IN SALT WATER: All boat rentals include life vests equal to the
boat occupancy number, 2 paddles and 1 cushion. Trolling motor and battery included pending
availability with the exception of
Ski Boats.
PICK UP AND RETURN OF
EQUIPMENT: Equipment may be
picked up no earlier than 8:00
a.m. and returned no later than
30 minutes prior to closing (4:30
M-F & 1:30 Saturday) to allow
for equipment inspection and
check-in.
POLICIES: Patrons are responsible for the condition of the
equipment in their custody at all
times. Damage or loss of any item
will be charged to the user for
the cost of repair or replacement.
Equipment is the customer’s responsibility until it has been
checked back in at Equipment
Rental.
SERVICES: Chainsaw chains are
sharpened for $3 per chain.
Lawnmower blades are sharpened for $5 per blade.
