We are excited to welcome you to Rocklahoma: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Rock! We would like to take the opportunity to share information that will help enhance your overall experience. This year promises to be the best Rocklahoma event to-date! Please take the time to read the following notes: General Information: ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ Rocklahoma is an OUTDOOR EVENT No refunds or exchanges No scalping or resell of tickets allowed, no unauthorized sales of any kind are allowed Line-up and set times are subject to change Rocklahoma is an all-ages show, however we encourage you to leave the kids at home. Should you decide to bring a child, the child will need a ticket. ID and credit card used for purchase will be required at the time of Will Call pickup Everyone and everything (including vehicles) are subject to search at all entry points Festival producers are not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle contents. Please remove your keys and valuables and lock your vehicle when it is left unattended. Any vehicle parked overnight or illegally may be towed at the owner’s expense Warning: Moshing and crowd surfing are strongly discouraged. Patrons assume all risk associated with such activities. Tickets may be upgraded at the VIP Box Office on-site pending availability VIP Will Call tickets may be picked up at the VIP Entrance Gate (Gate #3) General Admission Will Call tickets may be picked up at the General Admission Entrance Gate (Gate #1) Box office hours prior to the event are Monday through Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm CST and Saturday 9:30am to 12:00pm CST For general information or special assistance requests for Rocklahoma, please contact: [email protected] or 866.310.2288. Special Event Notes: ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ The event is located 4 miles north of Pryor, Oklahoma or 5miles south of Adair, Oklahoma on highway 69. You will enter the venue by turning east onto county road EW 450 and proceed to the general admission entrance. Our physical address is 1421 W 450 Road, Pryor, Oklahoma, 74361. The GA concert entrance is located at Gate #5. The GA parking/camping entrance is located at Gate #1. The VIP concert entrance is located at Gate #9. The VIP parking/camping entrance is located at Gate #3. VIP ticket holders can only though VIP gates. VIP tickets will not be accepted at the GA gates. Outside Food and Beverage will be allowed in the Campgrounds only, it will not be allowed in the Parking Area or Concert Site. You are allowed to bring in lawn chairs and or blankets to sit on for general admission seating. You are allowed to bring in one empty cooler. Ice is available for purchase onsite. The cooler is allowed as a convenience to our patrons to keep their drinks cool during the event. The festival promoters, artists, consultants, vendors, sponsors and any other party affiliated with Rocklahoma are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. It is the sole responsibility of the patron for any items that are brought on or around the concert, parking and/or campground site. Wristbands will be provided at points of entry for GA, VIP, Camping and other various access points. You must wear the wristband or wristbands provided for the duration of the event. The wristband or wristbands will become your ticket ⁻ and allow you entry between parking, the campground, and the concert site or various VIP areas as applicable. Once removed, your wristband or wristbands will become invalid and you will no longer be allowed access into the event. Any alcohol purchase or consumption will require a valid picture ID and an age verification wristband. There will be a booth onsite with staff to assist you with the age verification and ID check. Prohibited Items/Activities: No instruments No knives, weapons, including pocket knives, no chains or chain wallets No firearms of any kind, no fireworks or any type of explosive device No large back packs or duffle bags , no camelpacks or bota bags No tents allowed outside of campground areas No drugs and/or drug paraphernalia No video cameras and/or audio recording devices No glass containers allowed anywhere No cans allowed outside of campground area No outside food or beverage of any kind allowed outside of campground areas No powdered substances No flagpoles allowed outside of camping areas No metal chairs of any kind No pets with the exception of properly trained service animals No re-entry without appropriate wristband No tailgating in the parking lot No scalping or reselling of tickets allowed No unauthorized sales of any kind on event site or campground areas NO GOLF CARTS, ATV’S OR ANY OTHER UNAUTHORIZED MOTORIZED VEHICLES PERMITTED Note that all prohibited items will be confiscated at point of entry into the festival site or campgrounds! 2015 Rocklahoma Campgrounds Information The Campgrounds will open Sunday, May 17th at 12pm CST. The Campgrounds will close Tuesday, May 26th at 12pm CST. You must have a concert ticket to enter the Rocklahoma grounds. Camping Check-in hours are outlined below. Arrive early, stay with us and enjoy the party! Sunday, May 17th: Monday, May 18th: Tuesday, May 19th: Wednesday, May 20th: Thursday, May 21st: Friday, May 22nd: Saturday, May 23rd: Sunday, May 24th: 12pm CST – 8pm CST 9am CST – 8pm CST 9am CST – 8pm CST 9am CST – 8pm CST 9am CST – 10pm CST 8am CST – 2am CST 8am CST – 2am CST 9am CST – 3pm CST APPROVED ITEMS Coolers, basic camping supplies, water Portable electric lanterns, flashlights Sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, lawn chairs Sunscreen, first aid kit, fire extinguisher Small digital cameras, cell phones Small propane cooking stove, propane grill, or charcoal grill Generators are allowed, however must have a factory exhaust system that does not blow into nearby tents. QUIET HOURS ARE 4am to 8am DAILY 7MHP SPEED LIMIT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED NO CRUISING OF THE CAMPGROUNDS FACILITY PROHIBITED ITEMS No weapons or firearms of any kind No colors, no patches No drugs and/or drug paraphernalia No fireworks or any type of explosives No campfires, No tiki torches, No open flame No vending of any kind allowed in the campgrounds No glass containers of any kind No box trucks, cargo vans, or boats No professional photography equipment No video cameras and/or audio recording devices No golf carts, dirt bikes, ATV’s or any other unlicensed motorized vehicle. No pets with the exception of service animals Your campsite is 20’x40’ and your vehicle must fit on that space. Only one car is allowed per camp site. Vehicles without the vehicle pass will be towed at the owner’s expense. NO parking on the camping roads are allowed, these vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. New for 2015, we will be implementing stricter parking pass procedures, a streamlined check-in process, and designated pedestrian walk-ways. Cruising will not be allowed in the campgrounds. Your safety is our number one priority and failure by any guest to cooperate with festival parking and security teams will result in dismissal from the campgrounds. For your convenience, we will also be adding guest services, additional shower facilities and porta-potties within the campgrounds. We have also upgraded the overall campground lighting system. There will be trash receptacles throughout the campgrounds, please use them. By helping to keep our cleaning costs low, we are able to invest those dollars back into the overall Rocklahoma party! WEATHER Rocklahoma utilizes a FLAG system to alert our guests and staff of the current weather conditions. We will have flags placed throughout the campgrounds, at the main gate, the VIP gate, and at the main stage. WHITE: ALL CLEAR YELLOW: WATCH! RED: TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY! In the event of severe weather, there will be a public address announcement such as: “Ladies and Gentlemen, may I have your attention please. There is a severe weather event approaching. It is necessary that all persons exit the venue at this time and take immediate cover. Please remain calm and exit the venue in an orderly manner. Ample exits are available for everyone to exit quickly and safely so please do not run, push or shove. Once outside the gates please return to your vehicles until the storm passes.” During an emergency, festival teams will be deployed to assist with crowd flow and evacuation if necessary. Please follow any instructions given to you via the main stage public address, and also watch @Rocklahoma “TWITTER” for upto-date important information. It is important to remember that we are in an open field and in the event of severe weather; your vehicle is your safest place to go. Please be aware of your surroundings. If you see anything suspicious or anyone acting in a suspicious manner, please report it to the nearest security supervisor or police officer immediately. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING.
