sharp. Redwood Hill Camellia – This small camembert style goat milk cheese is made by jennifer
Bice is Sebastopol. Bermuda Triangle – Aged goat milk cheese from Mary Keehn in McKinleyville.
Interior is covered with a vegetable ash with a finish of white mold. Creamy, light and earthy.
Bear Flag Mezzo Secco – Outstanding sharp, clean flavor. This “partially dry” Jack for Ig Vella in
