Pats Party Rentals Policies & Procedures
If this is your first time renting, relax, it's easy! Just follow these
simple steps to achieve complete planning success.
1 Your first step should be to familiarize yourself with the
products available for rent, either by coming in to our full
service showroom to 'touch & feel' the products offered for
rent & sale, or you can browse our website at
www.patspartyrentals.net. If you don’t have time to come in,
phone & talk to one of our sales & event coordinators.
Remember if you don’t see what you are looking for, ask, we
add new items to our inventory every year!
2 Once you have decided what items you would like to reserve

order & take all necessary information including delivery times
& address is applicable. We will also ask for a credit card #

show layouts
 Decorating Services
 We can supply equipment for up to 5000 people!
 We do the washing! Everything is hygienically
packaged and ready to use!
 We can recommend caterers in your area
as your security deposit. A 25% deposit will be taken on all tent
bookings, which is non-refundable within 30 days of your event.
Your tent consultant will discuss this with you in our showroom
or during your tent site measure & consultation.
3 You have now placed your order & it is time to come to Pats
Party Rentals to pick it up. First we ask that you come to the
counter in the showroom to pay for your order. You will then
be given your invoice. Next you will drive your vehicle to the
 Summer Hours (June 1st - Thanksgiving)
Monday 9am - 6pm
Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 8am - 2pm
Winter Hours (Thanksgiving - June 1st)
Monday 9am - 6pm

there, give your invoice to the staff member, they will bring you
you your order. We will assist you with loading & unloading but
will not be held responsible for any damages incurred.
4 You will be asked to sign a contract, which by doing so you
agree that you were given everything that you ordered & paid
for. This is so there is no argument on the return date if you
have lost or broken any items while they were in your care.
5 If you do have any lost or broken items on return we ask that

you pay the replacement cost. If you later find that item, return
it with your receipt & we will happily refund your money. We
 Delivery to your area (delivery after hours additional fees apply)
would rather have the item returned to our stock!
6 If you have requested delivery, items will be placed in a mutual
spot for you & our driver, such as a garage or back yard. On
delivery & pick up our drivers are instructed to count all items &
inform you of any shortage. If you do not wish to count the
items with the driver, or cannot be available during delivery or
pick up, you agree that our drivers count is correct & will pay
for any lost or damaged items on your credit card.
7 When you are finished with your equipment please return it in
the same packages or boxes that you received it in. You do not
have to wash any items but please scrape or lightly rinse any
plates & empty glasses. All returns are to go directly to the Pick
Up & Return door where you picked up your items from & one
of our staff will count & check in your order. You will be given
a receipt.
8 If you had a delivery please collapse & stack items in a

Free site inspection & consultation. Tent & Canopy prices may change after site inspection due to ground conditions. A 50%
deposit is due on booking. Partycad drawings of tent layouts available on booking, visit the showroom or website for ideas on
sizing. City permits & engineer site inspections are extra. All tent prices include window walls (please request). Tent lighting may
be added for a nominal fee (see price list). All tents come with certificates for fire rating, staking & engineers drawings. All
tents are certified for use in Ontario.
Canopies
Canopies are made of light duty construction & are not meant for inclement weather (light shower / shade only). If installed by
the customer you take full responsibility for safe staking & agree not to leave canopy unattended during high winds or heavy rain.
