Undersigned, Rabbi P.A. Meyers of Antwerp, declares that the transport company and
cleaning station of Transport Mervielde in Ertvelde Belgium is under his
supervision. Upon request are the containers cleaned according to the kosher rules.
Before kosher transport will be a special kosher cleaning with 30 minutes steam, after
the regular cleaning, conform the strict rules of the rabbinate and the Eftco, except if
the transport company haves a own kosher certificate of the rabbinate.
The kosher certificate for transport must specify the trailer and/or container, order
number, last three transports, kosher transport, and the date container was cleaned.
This declaration is signed 8 January 2015 and valid until 1 January 2016.
