‫תיאור הקורס‬
‫קורס זה מלבן בעיות יסוד אופייניות של ניהול משא ומתן וסכסוכים באמצעות ניתוחי עומק של‬
‫מקרי מפתח (‪,(CRITICAL CASE STUDIES‬‬
‫ברובם אמריקניים‪ .‬חלקו הראשון של הקורס מנתח את הגורמים העיקריים המעצבים את אופי‬
‫המשא ומתן הבינלאומי כיום‪ .‬חלקו השני מציג אתגרים ואסטרטגיות בסיסיים לשחקן כצד‬
‫במו"מ באמצעות מקרי מפתח מן הזירה הבין‪-‬מעצמתית‪ ,‬ואילו חלקו השלישי מתמקד בתפקיד‬
‫המתווך במשא ומתן‪ ,‬באמצעות הניסיון האמריקני בזירה המזרח‪-‬תיכונית ובמיוחד בסכסוך‬
‫הערבי‪-‬ישראלי‪.‬‬
