As we move forward to the much-awaited commencement of yet another bright and promising academic
year, I am reminded of what PPU was yesterday and what it is today. We have much to offer, for which we
thanks to the parents, faculty, administration, and more importantly to our students, without whom PPU
wouldn't has been a leader in the post secondary education.
The leadership role which PPU continues to play, stems primarily from our inherent belief that in order to

Admission Criteria for B.Tech.
As per the Admission policy of the State
Government, 75% of total intake will be filled up by
Haryana State Counseling Society (HSCS) through
online off-Campus Counseling on the basis of interse merit of JEE. The remaining 25% intake
(Management Quota Seats) will be filled directly by
the institute.
Candidates, willing to seek admission under the
Management Quota, are required to register their
names with the institute by applying on the
prescribed admission form which can be obtained
from the institute.

AB.tech/ BE in relevant discipline with minimum
55% maks or as prescribed by GJU&ST from time

Professor L.K. Maheshwari joined BITS, Pilani at he age of 20 in the ear 1965 as a student. After completing his
M.Sc. (Tech.) Electronics and PH.D. degrees from BITS, he joined the institute as a lecturer in 1971 and has
devoted his whole career fo the cause of education and research in the field of Electronic and Instrumentation.
He served BITS in various capacities and completed his term as the Vice-Chancellor of this internationally well
know Institute. Still he is attached as Professor-Emeritus and Advisor to Chancellor at BITS, Pilani.

UNIQUE FEATURE
PPU SIGNS MOU WITH HUGHES IIT/IIM EDUCATION ON CAMPUS
PPIMT has signed an MOU with Hughes Communications India Limited (HCIL).
Under this collaboration the students of PPIMT can pursue simultaneous studies
from IITs, IIMs, XLRI , MICA and many other world level institutes. This will not
only enhance the technical & managerial skills of PPIMT students but they will
also be awarded certificates and degrees from the above mentioned institutes
and students will get direct entry into alumni of IITs and IIMs.
PPU SIGNS MOU WITH WIT AUSTRALIA EXCHANGE PROGRAM
To create a global atmosphere, the institute has signed MOU with various foreign
universities. A contingent of 20 students including 2 teachers from Australia
visited our institute and interacted with the teachers and students. They
appreciated vibrance in the students, friendly ambience, magnificent building
and excellent infra structural facilities provided to the building engineers.
LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
PPU has implemented a state of the art learning management system to create a
Virtual Learning Environment for everyone involved in the teaching learning
process at PPU. The LMS-Moodle has become very popular among educators
across the world.Few of the premium institutes of India is using moodle-lms to
make the academic system smooth and interesting and ppu is one of them
upgrading the education system day by day.
BEST FACILITIES ON CAMPUS BREATHE GYMNASIUM
Preventive wellness is the mantra at this functional yet stylish center. Set up by
Actors and fitness enthusiasts Milind Soman and Rahul Dev, Breathe has
managed to fast become one of the best fitness centers in town. Breathe gym is a
popular hangout place for enthusiastic PPU students.

Education is the birth right of all but just making it a right and building policies
around it is not enough for sustainable development of the nation. Results of all the
five year plans and policies are somehow not reaching the rural areas. To solve the
problem, with a vision of development, Prannath Parnami Foundation has taken an
initiative of Shiksha Yatra. It is a journey of imparting education and connecting all to
join together for betterment of their life.
LANGUAGE LAB
The institute has set up a full- fledged Language Lab with the objective of grooming
the students in Communication Skills. The purpose of a language lab is to involve
students to actively participate in language learning exercises and get more
practice than otherwise possible in a traditional classroom environment.
DIGITAL LIBRARY
Library or Learning Resource Center is one of the most quintessential aspects of
any academic institute.The facilities at PPU library, which makes it a complete
knowledge center include an extensive collection of over 25,000 books, including
regular periodicals, journals, course-related and general interest books. DELENT
(Developing library Network) and INDEST (Indian National Digital Library in Science
& Technology) online connectivity to support project and research work, a scholarly
journal room, multimedia section, book bank facility, and an impressive central hall
for students and faculty.

TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT
PPU has its own fleet of luxury buses from various centralized routes in the city to provide for an easy and secured access. A fleet
of comfortable and safe buses carries our students and staff from all over the city to our college. These buses ply on different
routes such as Adampur , Hisar, Hansi, Agroha, Siwani, Fatehabad and Barwala and ensure that the students reach college well
in time. Apart from the college buses, a number of Haryana roadways buses are also available with a bus stop next to the college
main gate.
