The summer of 2011
will introduce another
season of creative
culinary adventure.
Beginning Top Cooks
will visit the world
acclaimed Culinary
Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
An incredible behind the scenes tour and a
special lunch await our campers.
All Top Cooks will return to the wonderful world
of Sheelah Kaye-Stepkin at Torte Knox Cooking
School in Hawley, Pennsylvania. Our campers
return to learn new skills while they experiment
with unique recipes. We’ll whip up new creations
with menus designed by Sheelah herself!
All Top Cooks will visit
The Patisserie with
chefs Mark Edmunds
and Christian Garcia!
They will dazzle us
with new techniques
and recipes and more
hands-on baking.
Other exciting Top Cooks classes include knife
techniques, table setting and table art, creative
menu planning, grilling, canning, preserving and
pickling. We will welcome visiting chefs for
hands on demonstrations.
We will have another wonderful summer in and
out of the kitchen, so please join us for our best
season yet!
