Get in on the deal at any EE store:
Joining is easy. Just check first with the person who looks after your company phones
that your company is set up for the discount and then just pop into an EE store with:
• Your payslip from the last two months.
• A proof of your address (like a bank statement from the last three months).
• A proof of your signature (your driving license or passport).
Want to sign up a member of your family?
You can share this offer with up to five family members. The account will need to
be in your name but your family member can be set up as the person who pays the
bill. You’ll need to come into an EE shop together and both need to bring proof of
address and signature – plus you’ll need your payslip too.

Terms & Conditions
1.
Eligibility
1.1Orange Perk (the “Promotion”) is only available to employees (the “Eligible Employee”) of Corporate Customers, which have
been approved by EE as being eligible to participate in the Promotion.
1.2The Promotion is subject to status.
1.3To receive the Promotion Eligible Employees must provide proof from their company in the form of a payslip from the last two
months proving their employment along with photographic ID (drivers licence, passport, or corporate ID).
1.4The Promotion is only available on connections taken in an EE Retail Store and is not available through any other channel
e.g. online or telesales.
1.5The Promotion is limited to the Eligible Employee and up to five (5) of their friends and family.
1.6The Eligible Employee must accompany friends and/or family members to the EE Retail Store to receive the Promotion.
2.Pay Monthly (PAYM)
2.1The PAYM Promotion provides a 20% discount off monthly Line Rental on selected 24 month Orange Plans only (the “Eligible
Talk Plans”). The Promotion runs for the life of the contract and will be applied on the first billing date.
2.2The Promotion is open to Eligible Employees taking out a new contract and Eligible Employees with an existing Orange
contract who have completed their Minimum Term and are on, or choose to move to, an Eligible Talk Plan only. If you are on, or
switch to a talk plan outside of the Promotion (including any EE or T-Mobile plan) you will not receive or will lose entitlement to
the discount. Discounts are based on the advertised price of the animal packages and phone prices may vary according to the
animal package you select. You cannot redeem the discount against the cost of any phone or Device.
3.Pay As You Go (PAYG)
The PAYG Promotion provides a £20 handset discount. The Promotion is available to new and existing Eligible Employees joining,
or on Orange Pay As You Go and who are purchasing a new phone with a value of thirty pounds (£30). The Promotion is offered
subject to a minimum ten pound (£10) top-up or as specified on selected handsets in store. The discount will be applied in store at
point of purchase. Phone prices and airtime credit are as advertised in the EE shop.
4.Mobile Broadband
Mobile broadband Promotion provides 10% off the monthly price. The Promotion runs for the life of your contract and will be
applied to your account on the first billing date. The 10% discount is subject to a minimum 12 month contract and is not available
with any other promotion.
The Mobile broadband Promotion is open to Eligible Employees taking out a new contract and Eligible Employees with an existing
Orange contract who have completed their Minimum Term and are on or choose to move to an eligible plan only. If you are on, or
switch to, a plan outside of the Promotion you will not receive or will lose entitlement to the discount. Discounts are based on the
advertised price of the mobile broadband packages.
5.Accessory Discount
Eligible Employees are also entitled to 25% accessory discount (“Accessory Discount“) subject to the terms and conditions of
clause 5.1 below.
5.1The Accessory Discount:
• must be used at the same time as a new Promotion connection is taken
• is only available to PAYM and PAYG Eligible Employees when taking a new Perk connection
• is only available in EE Retail Stores
• only applies to accessories priced at recommended retail price (RRP), and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
• can only be used in one single transaction with a maximum purchase of ten (10) accessories
6.General
6.1The Promotion is not available with all Devices (in particular some newly launched Devices may be excluded),
or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise specified, see:

EE reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this Promotion at any
time upon reasonable notice.
6.2Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services and Terms and
Conditions for the Supply of Orange pay as you go services, copies of which can be found at the back of the Orange phone
user guide or SIM pack. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and
Conditions, the latter will prevail.
