Suojaamaton LAN kaapelointijärjestelmä, luokka E (Cat.6) 250MHz
yleistiedot
APS tarjoaa tehokkaan ja helpon tavan asentaa luokan E (Cat6) mukainen häiriösuojaamaton Ethernetkaapelointi. Järjestelmä koostuu U/UTP-kaapelista, työkalun vaativista ja työkaluttomista UTP RJ45 ‑keystoneliittimistä, RJ45-RJ45-kytkentäjohdoista sekä kytkentäpaneeleista, joita on saatavilla valmiiksi liittimillä
varustettuna tai pelkkänä runkona.
U/UTP-kaapeli koostuu 4 kierretystä johdinparista, jotka on erotettu toisistaan kestomuovista valmistetulla
ristikappaleella. Erotin parantaa kaapelin tiedonsiirron suorituskykyä.
Molemmat keystone-liittimet voidaan toimittaa joko työkalun vaativana tai työkaluttomana versiona. Työkalun
vaativa keystone-liitin vaatii B110-vakiotyökalun tai kruunutyökalun. Työkaluton versio ei vaadi mitään työkalua
liitännän tekemiseksi. Molemmat liitintyypit mahdollistavat tiukan ja luotettavan kiinnityksen johtimiin. APS
suosittelee asennuksessa käytettävän vain alkuperäisiä APS:n komponentteja, mutta keystone-liitin sopii
useimpiin saatavilla oleviin kytkentäpaneeleihin ja ‑rasioihin.
Molemmat ristikytkentäpaneelit sisältävät 24 porttia ja ovat saatavilla joko pelkkänä runkona tai liittimillä
varustettuna. Paneelirunkoon voidaan asentaa APS:n keystone-liittimet helposti napsauttamalla. Paneeliin on
integroituna myös tukeva kaapelien kiinnityspidike, maadoitusliitin, maajohto sekä tunnistekentät. Liittimellinen
paneeli (jossa on valmiiksi 24 kpl RJ45-pistoketta) perustuu ainutlaatuiseen mekanismiin, jonka ansiosta
etupaneeli liukuu eteenpäin ja kääntyy alaspäin. Tämän ansiosta sekä johtimien liittämien että kaapeloinnin
tarkastaminen käy helposti.
Kukin yksittäinen komponentti täyttää luokan E (Cat6) vaatimukset, ja koko järjestelmä noudattaa ISO/
IEC 11801 ‑standardia kaikkine sen lisäyksineen ja muutoksineen. Kaapelointijärjestelmä on testattu
riippumattomassa Cable Testing Services S.r.l. ‑tutkimuslaitoksessa.

asennusohjeet
1.
Kaapelia ei saa vetää yli 10kg (100N).
2.
Kaapelin taivutussäteen tulee olla vähintään 65mm vetämisen ja toimenpiteen aikana. Älä taivuta kaapelia liikaa. Käytä taivutuksen tarkoitettuja
tarvikkeita.
3.
Älä väännä kaapelia.
4.
Kuori kaapelia tarvittavaan minimimittaan.
5.
Älä vedä valuikkeita liika: nitide täytyy pystyä kääntymään.
6.
Älä astu kaapelin päälle.
7.
Kulkunväyliä ei saa täyttää enempää kuin 70%.
8.
Kun virranjakelu kulkee samansuuntaisesti vaakasuoran datasiirron kanssa, käytä kolmisuuntaisia kulkunväyliä ja laita virtakaapelit alempiin osiin.
9.
Merkitse kaapelit aina kulkuväyliin asettamisen jälkeen.
10. Käytä aina aitoja kytkentäkaapeleitä.
11. Vanista kaapit aina hyvällä maadoituksella.
12. Kaapit missä on aktiivilaiteet tulee aina maadoitta.
13. Kaapelia ei voi maalata.
14. Välin kulkunväylien yläpuolella tulee olla vähintään 100mm ja puolet kulkunväylien leveydestä.
15. Yhdessä kimpussa voi olla korkeintaan 24 kaapelia.

1. Subject of the warranty offer:
The subject of this warranty offer is the fulfillment of the electrical transmission characteristics of a Permanent Link Class E according to ISO/IEC 11801 Edition 2:2002 FPDAM2:2009
with APS cables and components.
2. Warranty offer recipient:
The warranty offer is directed to the network operator (installation site of the APS components).
3. Duration of the warranty offer:
The warranty offer is limited to a duration of 25 years, starting at the time when APS components are installed for the first time at the network operator and the installation proved to
have been executed correctly and correctly operating. The warranty offer expires at the latest 25 years after the point of time when APS components were delivered from the manufacturer’s site.
Every cable and component, taken as single product, is warranted as free of materials and workmanship defects for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery.
4. Conditions for the warranty offer:
a) APS components must be brand new and installed for the first time at the network operator.
b) The tertiary transmission links must consist exclusively of APS products.
c) The installation of APS components must be performed according to the product‘s enclosed assembly instructions, and must be carried out by a AP (APS partner).
d) The fulfillment of the technical transmission requirements must be verified by a Permanent Link measurement test Class E after installation. The approved test instruments and test
adaptors for this measurement are to be requested at APS. In a warranty case all original measurement test protocols shall be forwarded to APS on request by using the form delivered by APS at the time of the application for the warranty, as per the attachment B.
e) On installed links and/or on APS components no alterations are allowed during the duration of the warranty offer.
f) No warranty shall apply when the product will appear to have been incorrectly stored, used, installed, manipulated or otherwise managed. Product failure on a component caused by
external influences (e.g. through acid, water, dirt, mechanical stress, wrongful installation, or similar, violation of the mating cycles will not be covered by this warranty offer.
g) The network operator must choose the proper quality of the installation cable for a Permanent Link Class E.
5. Extent of the offered Channel/Permanent Link warranty:
a) The technical transmission requirements of a Permanent Link Class E according to ISO/IEC 11801 Edition 2:2002 FPDAM2:2009 must not through the use of fall short of the above
mentioned standard requirements during period of warranty.
b) APS will by their own choice either replace or repair components which are in non-fulfillment of the under a) mentioned standard, if the non-fulfillment of the component is established to deficiency of the component design, materials or production. The offered warranty is explicitly limited to replacement or repair of the respective APS products. Any other costs
such as, but not limited to, de-installation, installation, shipment, consequential damages due to network failure etc. are explicitly not covered by APS in this warranty offer.
c) APS is in a warranty case also entitled to replace the claimed product with a newer product, which accordingly fulfils the same functionality to the full extent of the components to be
replaced.
d) In case of defect, APS will, at its own discretion, repair or substitute the defected products with the aid, if necessary, of a APSP.
e) APS liability with respect to ETW is strictly linked to what stated above. For no reason APS will be deemed to be responsible of any damages directly or indirectly caused by the
defective products.
f) ETW is a warranty covering APS products as installed by a APSP. Upon issuing the ETW document, APS for no reason will warrant the system functionality.
6. The warranty expires whereas:
a) Products have been incorrectly stored, used, installed, manipulated or otherwise managed.
b) Defects are due to normal wear or to rips.
c) Installation procedures as prescribed by APS in its technical information and recommendations have not been applied.
d) Non-APS products have been installed
e) There is a mismatch between the technical installation documents as supplied when ETW request form was submitted and the actual installation.
f) Changes in the installation with respect to the original design, such as extensions, reductions, modifications, have been:
Made by the APSP without formally advising APS, and have the ETW confirmed.
Made by the APSP using different products than APS ones
Made by a non-AP installers, even using APS products.
6. Network operator’s information obligations:
The network operator is obliged to give the following mandatory information in order to claim the warranty offer:
a) After acceptance of the network, the network user must immediately fill out the APS warranty document and send this to APS.
In the warranty document the network operator must specify the following minimum:
Name of the network operator (end-user) with address
Name of the network planner with address
Name of the installation company with address
Installation period
Detailed description of the cabling system, including maps, drawings, cable layout, termination position and whatever information might be deemed as necessary by APS to
characterise the installation.
Detailed bill of materials installed
Part numbers of the installed installation cable
Measurement test report, to be made available on both paper and magnetic/optical media, for each link (see attachment C)
Self-certification of compliance, duly signed by the AP legal authority, stating that the installation has been made in compliance with “APS technical instructions” and all the
applicable national and international standards.
b) In case of acceptance of the warranty offer, the network operator must inform APS in writing of a claim within 10 calendar days after its occurrence together with the Class E measurement test protocols. At the request of APS the network operator must, within 7 days after delivery of the written claim, provide APS or an independent third party with the opportunity to inspect the claim on site. At the request of APS the network operator shall send the claimed components to APS at the network operator’s own costs and risk.
7. Regulation of the warranty offer and warranty demands:
If, and for as long as, claims of warranty from customers or third parties, which were delivered by the network operator, with respect to components, have not been barred by the
statute of limitations, the warranty offer cannot be accepted by the network operator.
Claims based upon the warranty offer can only be accepted after the expiration of the limitation period for breach of warranty actions and provided that such limitation period has not
been interrupted by any breach of warranty action filed by the network operator or another party.
8. Applicable law:
All legal obligations on the grounds of this warranty offer shall be governed by the law of Finland. The UN Sales Law is explicitly excluded.
9. Language of the warranty offer:
For the interpretation of the warranty offer, only the English version is relevant. Translations of this warranty offer in other languages serve information purposes for the recipients only.
10. Place of jurisdiction:
Jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this warranty offer is exclusively Finland.
