Microsoft Salo is closing down, leaving roughly 800 highly competent professionals mainly in high-tech
area looking for new opportunities.
Teams have a long history of creating high-tech products, ranging from ramp up of Nokia mobile phone
business in 1980’s to the latest high-end Lumia phones.
These professionals have always been passionate on creating high profile technical innovations and
productizing them.
All the work has been done in a very global environment and with close stakeholder co-operation.
Technical competencies cover many areas from:
Electronics and wireless communication to mechanics and material design
SW development and IT systems to mass production preparation and logistics
Technology development and prototyping to supply management and after-market services
Product integration and verification to package design

We are inviting You to present Your offering and to meet Microsoft Salo people to see if there are
matching interests. The Meet Microsoft Salo event is held at Microsoft Salo campus on 15th September.
The second session is scheduled to 20th October. At this point you can register to either or both of the
sessions.

The event is held at the Microsoft Salo campus on factory floor with a fair area and the stage for

3. a slot from the stage
You have also a possibility to reserve a meeting room for further interviews either during the Meet
Microsoft Salo event, or during the days after it.
