TEGNINGSBLANKET / SUBSCRIPTION FORM
Enhver tegning af nye aktier i Azanta A/S sker på de vilkår og betingelser som følger af
tegningsindbydelse af 3. august 2015 samt bestyrelsesprotokollat af 31. juli 2015 med bilag,
herunder selskabets vedtægter, der er indlagt på selskabets hjemmeside www.azanta.com.
Any subscription for new shares in Azanta A/S shall take place subject to the terms and
conditions set out in the invitation to subscribe dated 3 August 2015 and the minutes of the
board meeting dated 31 July 2015 including appendices, including the Company's Articles of
Association, which are available at the Company's website www.azanta.com.
Afgivelse af tegningsordre er bindende og uigenkaldelig.
Placement of an order to subscribe shall be binding and irrevocable.
