Lodging is at the Hampton Inn and we will be shopping at Jeffersonville Outlets on Saturday before returning home. Price includes: Motor coach transportation, one breakfast, dinner show, “Grease” and lodging. A $50 deposit per person is required to confirm reservation. June 2-7, 2016: Myrtle Beach, SC 6 Days/5 Nights Price per person: $1,065/Double, $905/Triple, $830/Quad, $1,470/Single Deadline for Reservations/Final Payment: 4/29/16 We are traveling to South Carolina again this year for another Myrtle Beach excursion. Like last year’s trip, you may have as much or as little beach time as you desire. The Avista Resort will be our ocean front hotel in North Myrtle, featuring one bedroom ocean view suites (kitchen & living room area, separate bedroom) with balconies. Suites will feature two double beds in the bedroom, a pull out couch and a pull down Murphy bed in the living room. A limited number of two bedroom, two bath and three bedroom, three bath suites are available upon request for an additional cost. Call for pricing. Each morning the coach will depart for a planned outing – outlet shopping, Carolina Pottery, Broadway at the Beach, etc. Come if you like, or stay at the resort if you would rather. July 7-10, 2016: Cleveland/Toronto Baseball Tour & Niagara Falls, 4 Days/3 Nights Price per person: $825/Double, $770/Triple, $1,092/Single, No Quads available Deadline for Reservations/Final Payment: 5/31/16 Our baseball excursion includes great team & stadium combinations so don’t wait too long to reserve your spot! Game one will be in Cleveland where the Indians will take on the New York Yankees at Progressive Stadium. We will be in Club seats, section 332, with all-inclusive food and nonalcoholic beverages through the 7th inning. Lodging is just across the street. On day two we will travel to Toronto, Ontario, Canada to see Game two of our tour; the Detroit Tigers vs. the Toronto Blue Jays at Rogers Centre. Seating will be in Section 126, near third base, and our lodging is a mere two blocks from the stadium. Day three we will head to Niagara Falls where we will pick up a step-on guide and enjoy a tour of the Niagara area. We will see the falls up close and personal and learn the history of this famous destination. Mid afternoon and evening will be time on your own. A step-on guide will share his/her love of Baltimore with us while we see highlights such as Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Mt. Vernon Place, Fort McHenry, and the Inner Harbor with all of the diverse attractions and restaurants that if offers. After our City Tour we will visit The National Aquarium. Our lodging will be at the Hampton Inn, directly across the street from Camden Yards, home to the Baltimore Orioles. The Orioles are scheduled to be at home, playing the Red Sox on our second night. As luck would have it, dinner is on your own this evening, so baseball fans may want to purchase a ticket and spend their evening at the park!* On Day three we will travel to Washington, DC for the day. December 2-5, 2016: Williamsburg Grand Illumination Celebration, 4 Days/3 Nights Price per person: $715/Double, $650/Triple, $615/Quad, $915/Single Deadline for Reservations/Final Payment: 10/28/16 The Grand Illumination Celebration in Williamsburg is a grand holiday event signifying the official lighting of the historic district and includes music, dancing, fireworks and special entertainment, all held outside in the historic area. Weather is generally mild in Williamsburg at this time of year, making it very comfortable to be outside. In addition to all of these festivities, we will be going over to Norfolk and Virginia Beach to take in the holiday lights on the Boardwalk, US Battleships (including the decommissioned USS Wisconsin, one of the last and largest battleships ever built by the US Navy), museums, a Dickens Christmas Towne and more. We’ll even make time for last minute holiday shopping at the Premium Outlets on Saturday morning. This trip has always been a fan favorite so sign up early. Cancellation/Refund Policy When we receive your initial deposit, your reservation will be considered “booked,” and hotel, motor coach, show tickets and special admissions arrangements will be made for you. Many of these services are considered non-refundable. In the event a reservation is cancelled after the initial deposit is received, the cancelling party will be financially responsible for any non-refundable expenses incurred in booking their arrangements. Upon cancellation, WesBanco will refund payments whenever possible. If a replacement passenger is provided by the cancelling party, or another reservation is accepted following the cancellation, a full refund will be provided. In the event a trip is cancelled by WesBanco due to insufficient reservations, or other extenuating circumstances, a full refund will be made. Please Note: A minimum number of participants is required to operate tours. Registrants will receive confirmation by mail along with additional information regarding our travel program.
