NOTE BEFORE BEGINNING!
This deluxe edition Batmobile kit has been engineered with advanced builders in
mind. Additional tools may be required. Many optional parts are included that
should be decided upon by the modeler before beginning. Study the assembly
diagrams carefully to guide decisions.
GENERAL ASSEMBLY
• Before assembling model, study diagram carefully.
• For best results, assemble model exactly in the order indicated.
• Take time to familiarize yourself with all the parts and their corresponding
part numbers.
• Carefully cut the parts from the plastic tree supports and remove any burrs.
GLUING TIPS
• This kit is molded from the finest high-impact styrene plastic - use only cement or
glue compatible with styrene.
• Test-fit parts before cementing together to familiarize yourself with their assembly,
noting the points where cement is to be applied.

Paints listed here are suggestions to match colors already applied to the model.
Modelers may choose to research the colors further to find colors that satisfy their
own judgement.
Note: When paint symbols are placed next to a part number, this indicates the
entire parts should be painted. When the symbol is placed on a part, this indicates
specific areas to be painted.
STAINLESS STEEL PHOTO-ETCH PARTS
A sheet of stainless steel photo-etch parts is included to provide a higher level of
detail. Refer to photo-etched part number during construction for the position of
remaining burs with a file or sandpaper. When necessary parts should be bent
around a pencil or dowel rod to conform to the plastic part. Use Cyanoacrylate
-etch parts. All
parts should be test fit without glue before finally gluing into place.

PAINTING GUIDE
Paint is not required to complete this model but it is an option for the builder. For best
results when painting, use only high quality paints designed specifically for use on
plastic model kits. For the benefit of young modelers, Model Master acrylic paints are
suggested. All unlabeled parts should be painted black.
