Catering, each menu may be customized to fit all of your needs.
Gaido’s catering staff is experienced in handling all aspects of your special event. From executing
an intimate dinner for 10 in your home to feeding 2,000 or more on-site, you come first with our

All of our house-made hors d’oeuvres may be served in various ways: hand passed, static display or
attended stations. Some hors d’oeuvres are seasonal.
COLD SELECTIONS
Crudités
Fresh selection of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, jicama, hearts of palm, zucchini, yellow
squash, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, accompanied by our honey pecan vinaigrette and
ranch dressings
Fresh Fruit Assortment
Fresh selection of honey dew, cantaloupe, watermelon, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple,
blackberries, blueberries and raspberries, accompanied by sweet cream dipping sauce
