Visual Arts students have focused the past four weeks’ creative efforts in
painting, ceramics, mixed media and digital design, creating art based on various

The Astonishing Race
Infusion Island
The Astonishing Race: Infusion Island is an original musical theater
piece created by the Arts Alive performing arts faculty incorporating songs
and dances that represent various cultures intermixed with broadway show
tunes, and an adventurous storyline that highlights over 150 Arts Alive musical
theater students from grades 3 through 12. Comedy, drama and an iconic bit of
Broadway History (Small House of Uncle Thomas Ballet from The King and I)
are featured. This production was conceived, created and rehearsed in 15 days
before coming to the stage at the Scranton Cultural Center. Join us on our
journey around the world!
We find ourselves in the executive offices of the ELC Network. The final episode
of their #1 rated show is to be filmed the following morning in Mexico City.
This show has been making the network millions. As the show opens, two top
executives devise a way to keep the show on the air indefinitely...
