1 INNLEDNING
Systemet består av sentralenhet og 1-3 detektorer. Detektorene er designet spesielt for
å detekterer narkotiske gasser, CO2 og Propan i kjøretøy, båter og hytter. Hvis en av
detektorne merker at konsentrasjonen i luften er for høy av nevte gasstyper høres et høyt
alarmsignal samtidig som et lyssignal indikerer at alarmen er utløst.

4.2 Detector
Punkt 5 er ikke bare en test knapp men også av og på knapp. Etter du har tilkoblet strøm
trykk inn knappen i 4 sekunder for å slå på detektoren. For å slå den av trykk inn knappen
i 5 sekunder, etter 5 pip vil detektoren slå seg av.

5. Tilkobling
Sammenkoble detektorene og hovedsentralen med de medfølgende USB kablene i pakken.
Koble også USB med rekkeklemmene på panelet som følger;
R --- Rød kabel W --- Hvit kabel G --- Grønn kabel B --- sort kabel
A. Tilkoble 12 eller 24v
B. R, W, G og B Tilkobles hvit, grønn og sort kabel fra USB. Maks tre sensorer kan
tilkobles.
C. Rele utgang:
Spenning på rele når:: Alle ”DIP switcher” står i posisjon PÅ.
Åpen kontakt når: Alle ”DIP switcher” står i posisjon AV.
D. Tilkobling av ekstern høytaler
E. Tilkobling av eksternt alarm lys.
6 Bruksanvisning
6.1 VAN300-CO
6.1.1 Tilkoble strøm 12 eller 24V alternativt bruk strømadapter (medfølger ikke), and
Av/på og Feil indikator lyser. Systemet varmer opp i 3 minutter. Detektorene bruker 5
minutter på å varme opp. Under oppvarmingssekvensen virker ikke detektorene. Etter 5
minutter vil indikasjonslampen for feil slukke og systemet er klart til bruk.
Indikasjonslampen for AV/På vil begynne å blinke på detektorene.
6.1.2 Hvis CO konsentrasjonen i rommet overstiger verdiene vil sensoren sende et signal
til sentralen og indikasjonslampen for alarm vil blinke samtidig som en høy lyd vil høres.
6.1.3 Når CO konsentrasjonen går ned i luften vil systemet gå tilbake til normal drift.
6.2 VAN300-LEL

6.3 Feil alarm
Hvis det oppstår dårlig kontakt eller en kortsluttning oppstår vil feil lampen på detektoren
lyse. Dette vil også høres som en høy tone (alarm). Ved denne typen alarm vil ikke
sensorene kunne detektere de gasser de er ment for.

6.4 Testknapp
For test av systemet trykk inn både testknappen på sentralen og på detektorene, systemet
vil da gjøre en selvtest.

8. Notices
8.1 Detektorne kan gi falsk alarm ved sterk konsentrasjon av sigarettrøyk, parfyme,
oljedamp etc
8.2 Ikke test detektorene direkte med gass som ikke er kalibrert for formålet. Dette kan
skade sensorene.
8.3 Ikke larger eller monter detektorene I områder med Korrosive gasser (som feks Cl2).
8.4 Hold sensorene rene for smuss og støv.
8.5 For å sikre systemet for funsksjonsfeil tilkoble alltid strøm til systemet i minst 24
timer etter lang tids lagring eller når du ikke har vært i bruk over en lengre periode.
8.6 Under normale forhold vil sensorene ha en levetid på fem år.

1 Brief introduction
VAN300 gas alarm system, consisting of VAN300 panel and 1～3pcs detectors, is designed especially for detecting
leakage of CO, combustible gas and aether inside the recreational vehicles. It adopts high-quality air-sensitive component
and advanced sensor technology. When the gas concentration reaches the presetting alarm level, it gives out visual and
audible signals, which reminds the user to take prompt favorable action.

3 System configurations
The system consists of1pc panel and 1～3pcs detectors. The configuration is as follows:

4.1 Panel
For Point 5, it is not only Test
button, but also On/Off button. After
connecting with the power, press
this button for about 4seconds, the
detector turn on. On the on status,
press this button, 5beeps later, the
detector will turn off.

5. Wire connection instruction
Please connect the panel and detectors with the USB cable attached inside the package, and connect the USB with panel
wire connection terminals as follows:
R --- Red line W --- White line G --- Green line B --- Black line
A. To connect the power of DC12V or DC24V
F. R, W, G and B to connect with red line, white line, green line and black line of the USB cable. Each panel can connect
at most 3pcs of detectors.
G. Relay output:
Voltage output: When all the DIP switches are on the position of “On”.
Free contact: When all the DIP switches are on the position of “Off”.
H. To connect external speaker

6 Operation instructions
6.1 VAN300-CO
6.1.1 Connect it with the power supply, and Power LED and Fault LED turn on. The system starts warm-up: 3 minutes for
panel and 5 minutes for detectors. During warm-up, the detection function doesn’t work. After 5 minutes, Fault LED turns
off, and the system enters detection status. Power LED of the panel turns on, and the Power LED of the detectors keep
flickering.
6.1.2 When CO concentration reaches the presetting alarm level, Alarm LED of the detectors flickers, and the detector
sends alarming signal to the panel. Then the panel gives alarming: Alarm LED flickers, buzzer gives sound alarming, and it
drives relay output. It can also drive the external speaker or alarming light if have.
6.1.3 When CO concentration is lower than the presetting alarming level, all the alarming disappear and the system returns
to the normal detection status.
6.2 VAN300-LEL
6.2.1 Connect it with the power supply, and Power LED turns on. The system starts warm-up for 3 minutes. During warmup, the detection function doesn’t work. After 3 minutes, the system enters detection status. Power LED of the panel turns
on, and the Power LED of the detectors keep flickering.
6.2.2 When LPG concentration reaches the presetting alarm level, Alarm LED of the detectors flickers, and the detector
sends alarming signal to the panel. Then the panel gives alarming: Alarm LED flickers, buzzer gives sound alarming, and it
drives relay output. It can also drive the external speaker or alarming light if have.
6.2.3 When LPG concentration is lower than the presetting alarming level, all the alarming disappear and the system
returns to the normal detection status.
6.3 Fault alert
Once the wire connection is not good or short circuit occurs, Fault LED of the detectors turn on, and the detectors send
signal to the panel. The panel gives visible and audio alarm. Fault LED of panel turns on, buzzer gives sound alarming. It
can also drive the external speaker or alarming light if have. When there is fault alarming, the system detection function
doesn’t work.
6.4 Button
Test button: In normal detection status, press the buttons of both panel and detectors, the system simulates the basic
functions.

8. Notices
8.1 It’s possible that the detectors give alarming in the conditions of long time smoking, drinking, or using perfume,
gasoline, paint and other volatile organic compound.
8.2 Please do not use non calibrated gas to test the detectors. If the gas concentration is too high, it will damage the
detectors, and it is also harmful to human’s health.
8.3 Please do not use or store the detectors in the corrosive gases (such as Cl2).
8.4 Please clean away the dust or dirt from the alarm frequently to keep air vent freely and the lights clear.
8.5 In order to assure the best performance, please electrify the system for at least 24 hours after long-time storage or
shipping.
8.6 Working under normal detection condition, the life of the gas sensor is more than 5 years.
