Ordinance #2007An Ordinance to adopt the Anderson County Comprehensive PlanMay, 2007, and all maps and materials therein WHEREAS, the Anderson County Planning Commission held a duly advertised Public Hearing on May 8, 2007, during which it reviewed the Anderson County Comprehensive Plan—May, 2007 and recommended it to the Anderson County Council for adoption; and WHEREAS, the Anderson County Council has reviewed said Comprehensive Plan and held a duly advertised “Public Hearing” regarding said Comprehensive Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by Anderson County Council, in meeting duly assembled, that: Pursuant to Chapter 29 of Title 6, South Carolina Code, 1976, as amended, the Anderson County Council hereby adopts the Anderson County Comprehensive Plan—May, 2007, and all maps and materials therein.
