This week I caught up with Martin’s Off Licence owner Declan to talk about one of Ireland’s current crazes –
gin! Here’s a list of some of his favourites along with a few tasty drinks recipes.
1. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin

in a cocktail. This would be my gin of choice when making a French 75 cocktail.
