Introduce correct formation when children are drawn to it—usually ages 4 - 4.5 for girls

A Sequenced, Simple Curriculum For Print, Cursive and D’Nealian Writing!
Children recognize the alphabet and like writing it in order. It is what they know. Children
in their sensitive period for writing like to form letters on paper. Show them by tracing
over a line with the correct path. After years of watching children write with different
tools we recommend using Crayola markers. They’re colorful and glide across the
paper. Colored pencils are a good second choice. We recommend Nienhuis triangular
colored pencils. When a mistake is made the child covers it with a mistake sticker. We
recommend Avery brand small stickers cut into small strips for mistake stickers.

Carbonic acid in water dissolves rock and forms cave passages. Caves take 30,000 to 60,000
years to form. They cover 10% of the earth and occur in temperate, tropical, alpine and
polar biomes. About 1/4th of the world’s people depend on water supplied by karst areas.
Human encroachment and pollution affect them.

are called fry. They feed on insects and live
in freshwater for about 4 years. They migrate
to the Atlantic Ocean and live in saltwater

They return to the same place they were
born to spawn. They can live in fresh or salt
water. They do not die after spawning like
most members of the salmon family.
