Notes: Rate subject to change without prior notice at the time of reservation, depending on availability of services requested, updating of rates, changes in the operation of suppliers' decision.
Taxes, fees and contributions may also vary on governmental provision. In the event of cancellation by the passenger, 10% of the agency's administrative charges shall be charged plus any
expenditure or penalties charged by the operator. Rates are published per person in USD. As of the date of purchase, applicable valid rates and taxes, fees and contributions shall be applied.
Rates not valid for fairs, special dates, groups, events and congresses occurring during 2016. Please refer to supplements. Maximum accommodation allowed: 3 persons per room. Rates
different between week days and weekends. Hotel check in 03:00 pm / Hotel check out 12:00 pm (subject to change). Refer to your medical assistance card assistant, as well as to the documentation required. All passengers shall carry their current legal ID Card (cédula de ciudadanía). AVIATUR General Conditions: Ask your travel advisor about the payment, cancellation, reimbursement and penalty policies when making your reservation. All cancellations are subject to penalties according to the polices communicated upon confirmation of the services. Costs and handling
involved in the cancellation will be charged separately as well as the air travel tickets included in the program. Reimbursement of the plan will apply in accordance with the terms of the cancellation policy. Once the trip has started, the services included in the plan and not utilized will not be reimbursed, unless the cancellation is due to verifiable act of God or force majeure, illness
duly certified by the healthcare provider or death of the passenger. The operator declines any liability due to delays, early schedules or cancellations from the airlines or transportation companies. The respective charges will be borne by the passengers. Cancellation expenses policies and reimbursement policies must be communicated. Payment conditions and policies are restricted
to the contract with the provider according to the program, the provider and Aviatur´s regulations.} General conditions of hotel B.O.G: Early Check In (prior to the time provided) / Late Check
Out (delivering the room after the time provided): It shall be granted as per the occupation as of the day it is required, prior request of the reservation. In the event the "Late Check Out" were
not informed and authorized by the Hotel reception, it shall have an additional charge of 50% of the price per night. Reservation cancellation policy: For individual reservation, cancellation
should be requested in writing at least 48 hours prior to the guest arriving at the hotel, otherwise, the amount corresponding to the first night shall be charged. No Show Policy (passenger not
appearing): The reservation shall be guaranteed up to 12:00 the night the guest is supposed to arrive. Every guest with a confirmed reservation who will not arrive at the hotel as of the day
provided shall be considered a "No show" (passenger not appearing) and he/she shall pay 100% of the amount corresponding to the first night. The system shall automatically cancel the
reservation and in the event it were to be reactivated, a new reservation should be requested, which shall be subject to availability. Check Out Policy (returning rooms): Guests should return
the room upon the expiration of the accommodation contract. En caso que el hotel se encuentre al 100% de ocupación y el huésped necesite extender su estadía y esto conlleve a la sobreventa

Antonio, General conditions: Check in time: 02:00 pm. Check out time: 12:00 pm. Children under 4 shall only pay optional hotel insurance and taxes and food, should there be any charges.
No pets allowed. "Late Check Out" (returning the room after the time provided) shall be subject to availability and it shall have an additional cost of 20% the price agreed as of 1:00 pm to 5:00
pm. Payment policy: To guarantee the reservation, an advance payment of 50% the price in low season and 80% in high season shall be required. Cancellation: Should a reservation be canceled
up to three (3) days prior to the date of arrival, the company shall make no charges and shall return the deposit minus 10% for banking expenditures. Should the reservation be canceled outside
the term, the company shall charge 100% corresponding to the reservation. No Show Policy (passenger not appearing): In the event the guest did not show as of the date of arrival of his/her
reservation, it shall be considered a "NO SHOW" event and it shall pay Hotel La Posada de San Antonio, 100% of the first night. Assist Card conditions: The general conditions of the ASSISTCARD are available to the public and may be consulted at any time without purchase obligation at sales offices, by phone or at www.assist-card.com. Policies: According to Resolution 1375 dated 2015 issued by Aerocivil, it is possible for the customer to request withdrawal of the AIR TICKET. Conditions and withholdings stipulated in such
Resolution apply.
Refusal: As this is the case of sales through non traditional means, the passenger may withdraw from the air ticket sale provided he does so within 48 hours and that there is a term of at least
8 calendar days for domestic flights or 15 calendar days for international flights prior to the departure date.
Withdrawal: The customer may desist from the air ticket provided he requests this right up to 24 hours before the first flight of his itinerary. In relation with ground services (accommodation,
car rental, transfers, among others), the withdrawal right stipulated in Law 1480 dated 2012 applies.
Trip schedule: Visit to the city of Bogotá. Panoramic tour around the historic sector of the city, visiting the Colón Theatre, San Carlos Palace, where the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has its seat,
San Ignacio´s Church, The el Presidential Nariño's Palace, Plaza de Bolívar, The Capitol, The Mayor's Office and the Cathedral. Additionally, a visit shall be made to the famous Gold Museum.
Monday: Gold Museum is closed, it shall be substituted by the Botero exhibition. Duration: 3 hours and 30 minutes Visit to Zipaquirá: Leaving the hotel in Bogotá to Zipaquirá, located 49
kilometers to the north of Bogotá. Some interesting places may be seen in route, such as the Bogotá savanna and the Puente del Común (Bridge). Arriving at the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá,
built inside a mine 190 meters deep and considered the main marvel of Colombia. Inside, you will visit the Stations of the Cross, the Cupola, the Ramp, the Choir, the Balconies, the Narthex
Complex and the great Cathedral's naves. At the end, a panoramic tour of the town of Zipaquirá is made. Return to Bogotá. Duration: 4 hours.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Aviatur S.A. is subject to the regime of liability established by law 300/96, D.R. 1075/97, Decree 2438, 2010 and the rules that amend, add to, or reform them. The liability of the tourist plan
or package organizer is limited to the terms and conditions of the program in connection with the provision and quality of the services. The agency assumes no liability before user for the air
transport service, except for chartered flights and in accordance with the conditions of the transport agreement. The reimbursement policies of services not rendered due to Force Majeure or
Acts of God situations, action or omission by third parties or the passenger,
non attributable to the travel agency, before or during the trip, that may be subject to, shall be defined by each operator and the same shall be confirmed to user once the travel documents are
reserved and issued, as well as the percentages of applicable penalties or deductions. Aviatur S.A. is not jointly and severally liable for the amounts requested as reimbursement. Any applicable
reimbursement, shall take place within the 30 calendar days following the request. However if the process takes longer due to causes alien to Aviatur S.A., the latter shall not acknowledge any
interest over the amounts to be reimbursed. The percentage of reimbursement shall depend on the conditions of the supplier and the administration expenses of the agency. The agency assumes
no liability before the user or traveler for events such as accidents, strikes, coups, earthquakes, climatic or natural phenomena, safety conditions, political factors, denial of permits of entry
or visas, legal issues of traveler, health issues and any other case of Force Majeure or Act of God that could occur before or during the trip. In the event of Force Majeure or Act of God before
or during the trip (accidents, strikes, coups, earthquakes, climatic factors, safety conditions, political factors, denial of permits of entry, health issues, among others), or simply in order to
guarantee the success of the plan, the operator and/or the agency may modify, replace or cancel itineraries, dates, flights, hotels, optional services, which, as from now, is accepted by the
passenger at the time of acquiring the services. In case a visa is required, Aviatur S.A. shall provide advice as applicable, being of the exclusive autonomy of the consular authority, everything
related with process, documents requested, the study, costs, duration of process and the approval or rejection. In case of refusal of visa, there shall be no refund of fees paid by the applicant.
In any case it shall be of the exclusive responsibility of the passenger, the processing and execution of the informed requirements. In the specific conditions of each plan the terms of payment
shall be defined. The amount and terms of payment of the deposits or advanced payments, tickets, reservations to sport events, and cultural, fairs, exhibitions and the like, shall be subject to
the conditions of the organizer of such events, which information shall be given at the time of purchase. The passenger shall be exclusively responsible for the custody of his baggage and
travel documents. Aviatur S.A., may guide the passenger in the events of loss of baggage or travel documents, however under no circumstance, he shall be liable for the loss, damage, deterioration or loss of such items. Aviatur S.A. shall inform passenger on the restrictions established by the airlines as to prohibition, maximum weight and number of pieces per passenger, persons
permitted in the attractions or touristic sites, limitations or impediments to access by maximum cuota. However, compliance with such policies shall be the exclusive responsibility of passenger, which may vary at discretion of the transport companies or the service provider. Any additional information on terms, conditions, departure taxes in Colombia and abroad, fees, charges
and other compulsory payments, preventive health measures at destination, support services shall be consulted with the travel advisor or on website www.aviatur.com at the time of booking,
likewise shall be informed to the passenger in his travel documents, according to the characteristics applying to each. All prices, fees, taxes, rates or contributions, set forth in this bulletin or
quotation shall be subject to change, availability and term without prior notice, which shall be assumed by passenger at the time of issuance of the travel documents. Restrictions and conditions
apply for each fee published according to its terms. The hotel fees depend on the selected accommodation. The cancellation policies, penalties, restrictions and particular conditions of the
package shall be informed to the passenger at the time of the issuance of the travel documents. Client acknowledges and accepts in full these conditions, which shall constitute the single and
entire agreement, and exclusive of any covenant or legal provision on the contrary, regarding the terms, conditions and restrictions of the services retained. RNT No. 438. “The exploitation and
sexual abuse of children under age are sanctioned with punitive imprisonment, according to provisions set forth in Law 679 of 2001.”
