WEEK OF ADAM - The Madison Club
Tradition Member Newsletter – AUGUST 2016 WEEK OF ADAM A special week of food featuring Executive Chef Adam Struebing MONDAY, AUGUST 15 THROUGH FRIDAY, AUGUST 19 Adam Struebing, the Madison Club’s new Executive Chef, grew up cooking Sicilian food alongside his grandfather. From a young age Adam knew he wanted to make a career out of food, and as he grew older, he became more and more aware and appreciative of the variety of sustainable ingredients available here in Wisconsin. The farmer’s market and the bustling food scene were important factors in Adam’s move to Madison after he finished culinary school. The Madison Club has been fortunate to have Adam as an integral member of our culinary team for more than five years, and his promotion to Executive Chef is a natural next step for Adam and the Madison Club. Sample Please help us welcome Adam to his new role the week of August 15, when Adam will be showcasing some of his favorite dishes. On the evenings of Monday, August 15 – Friday, August 19, Churchill’s dining room will feature a different three-course tasting menu each night, in addition to our regular menu. The tasting menu will be $45 per person. Please make your reservations soon by calling the front desk: 608-255-4861.
