made from mortise and tenon MDF). Mitred doors are doweled and
tenoned.

Hinges : 6-way adjustable concealed hinge with 110° opening. (Heart
& Home hinges are soft close as standard.)

Face Frame : ¾” x 1½” solid wood (doweled construction).
4.
Backs : ½” select birch veneer plywood back. Rabbeted into sides and
dados into tops and bottoms, finished with natural color UV.

Doors supplied with ⅛” acrylic panel. Hinges are supplied when ordering flat pack. Caution: if using these glass doors on a
standard wall cabinet (non-finished interior (fim)), a special hinge is required for paired doors (30” and 36” wide cabinets)
(hingesc100). Adding glass doors to other cabinets does not automatically change the interior to matching color. Finished
interiors can be added in the modifications section.

Coverage Of Warranty
This warranty is effective on all cabinets imported by Green Forest Cabinetry Corp. and assembled by Green Forest in the United States. This
warranty is subject to all limitations, exclusions, disclaimers and procedures set forth herein. All cabinets purchased from Green Forest are
warranted to the original purchasing consumer for 5 years from the date of the original purchase or as long as the original purchasing consumer
owns the home, whichever is less, against unnatural defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use. Any use of Green Forest
products other than for residential use are not covered under this warranty. This warranty is non transferable and does not cover cabinets sold
or shipped outside of the United States.
Exclusions
This warranty supersedes any and all previous warranties by Green Forest and constitutes the exclusive remedy against Green Forest Cabinetry
for all defects, damages and workmanship. There are no implied warranties extending beyond the terms of this warranty. Green Forest shall not
be liable for any incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights, which vary from state to state. It is possible that one or more of the limitations and exclusions in this warranty may not apply to you.
Limitations
This warranty does not cover
• Hairline cracks in painted face frame joints.
• Problems caused by unauthorized services, improper installation of cabinets, cabinetwork, drawer slides or hinges.
• Items that have been modified from its original form.
• Any products used or uninstalled in connection with cabinets, such as gas or electric appliances, countertops, or plumbing fixtures.
• Damage caused by transportation, storage, dirt, exposure to moisture or excessive heat or cold, nor does it cover defects arising from
regular wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, improper use or failure to maintain properly.
No installer, retailer, distributor, agent or employee of Green Forest has the authority to alter the obligations or limitations in this warranty.
Disclaimers
The following is a brief recap of some of the characteristics of the wood and finishes on the cabinets you are about to purchase. Please read them
carefully. If some of these characteristics concern you, please choose something else. We bring these characteristics to your attention so you will
realize that Green Forest will not be held responsible for these variations in your cabinetry.
WOOD AND COLOR VARIATIONS: Wood is a product of nature, and since no two trees are alike, cabinets may vary in color, texture and grain.
Naturally occurring wood characteristics such as variations in color, grain, mineral streaks, pinholes, and knots are not considered defects.
Color variations in cabinets are also a natural occurrence due to species, age, character of cabinets, and exposure to UV light and sunlight.
For these reasons, new and/or replacement cabinets may not match display samples and/or existing cabinets. This may result in overall color
variations, but is not considered a defect.
GLAZED FINISHES: A glazed finish by character is an uneven finish. Some edges and profiles will have heavier hang up than others and
glazing may vary cabinet to cabinet, door to drawer and item to item. This may result in overall color variations but is not considered a defect.
PAINTED FINISHES: Wood by nature will undergo expansion and contraction movements year after year as it compensates and adjusts
to ever changing atmospheric humidity and temperature conditions. As such, finish stress lines may become visible on painted cabinets
especially at the joints. Any such occurrence is not considered a defect.
Warranty Performance
If a defect does occur within the terms and conditions of this warranty, such defective part will be repaired by Green Forest at its sole discretion.
Green Forest will not provide or pay for the cost of removal of defective product, transportation of defective, repaired or replaced product or
installation of repaired or replaced product. Green Forest will not be responsible for any shipping damages to the defective, replaced or repaired
product. If defective item has been discontinued or is not available at the time, Green Forest reserves the right to replace the item with the
most similar item available at that time. Green Forest may require, at its discretion, that the customer submit a clear photo, or that the company
representative view the item being claimed before honoring this warranty.

To submit a claim covered under this warranty, the original proof of purchase or a copy must be provided. Please e-mail all documents to

Returned Materials – Return Material Authorization
Please do not send back any items to Green Forest prior to receiving proper authorization from customer service.
Green Forest takes no responsibility on any items sent back to Green Forest without proper return authorization.

1. PLACING AN ORDER:
Payment: Orders must be pre-paid or your account must be in good-standing for orders to be processed.
For Pre-Paid Orders:
For Local Customers: Debit Cards accepted (requires on-site order placement and PIN entry)
Credit Card Convenience Fees: 2% Visa/MasterCard, 3% American Express
Checks: Check Application Form must be submitted. Add 2 day lead time for check verification.
$100 NSF fee (Any NSF check will suspend check acceptance privileges on future orders)
Tax exempt forms are required to be on file prior to placing an order
Green Forest sells to WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS ONLY
Green Forest does not collect Sales Tax

Delivery/Freight Costs:
For Pre-Paid Orders:
The cost of shipping and transportation must be paid before cabinets can be released for shipment
Standard freight charges are designed for business locations with a dock and/or forklift
Deliveries to non-business locations will incur additional charges (usually $150)
•Factored Shipping Cost Program: In specified states/zip codes, the cost of shipping is calculated via an increased multiplier of the
list price based upon minimum purchases. Your salesperson can identify if this program is applicable to your state/zip code.
•Net Shipping Cost Program: The actual cost of shipping/freight is calculated on an order-by-order basis and is supplied within 24
hours of order placement. (Shipping estimator is available, but customer is responsible for actual shipping cost.)
Pickup at Green Forest dock (for local customers):
Packaging for local customers purchasing assembled product is designated when the account and multiplier is established, packaging
options include:
•no packaging (for customers who blanket wrap at pickup)
•face wrap
•full box
The packaging established per customer cannot be changed per order
2. ORDER PROCESSING:
General Information:
All orders need to include the following information:
a. Shipping method (freight, pickup)

*Note if order is shipping to a location other than your shipping address
*Contact and phone number should be included on all delivery orders

c. Requested ship date if desired ship date is longer than standard lead time

Orders received digitally (in the following ways) can be processed immediately and do not require a signed acknowledgement:
a. EDI
b. Green Forest S&P
c. 20/20 CSV export file (using the GF20/20 catalog)
Orders that require signed acknowledgements:
Orders received in a non-digital format or on your company form will require a signed acknowledgement if the order includes any
cabinets. Orders that are ONLY for components (scribe, crown, corbels, etc.) do not require an acknowledgement. Green Forest will
send an order acknowledgement within 24 hours. Customer must return the signed acknowledgment for Green Forest to process
the order. IT IS REQUIRED YOU PROOF-READ THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT FOR ACCURACY
All orders must include contact information and number of pages if faxed

3. CHANGE ORDER PROCEDURES:
Any order that has been released to the floor and is “in process” cannot be changed.
Any change that can be accepted will require all additional payments to be made prior to the order being placed back into production.
Lead times and the processing time table will re-start with all change orders.
4. STANDARD LEAD TIMES:
All orders received/acknowledged after 1:00pm will be processed the next business day
Assembled lead time = 5 days after order/order acknowledgment is returned and financial obligations are satisfied
Flat pack lead time = 3 days after order/order acknowledgment is returned and financial obligations are satisfied
Example: Order acknowledgement is received at 2 pm on Tuesday.
*If order is flat pack, order will be available for pickup or shipment after 12:30 on Friday (the 3rd working day). Note: Freight
company may not pick order up until the following business day.
*If order is assembled, order will be available for pickup or shipment after 12:30 on Tuesday (the 5th working day). Note: Freight
company may not pick order up until the following business day.
5. RUSH ORDERS:
All credit approval/payment must be made before any rush order is accepted
Local Customer Pick Up Orders:
Flat Pack/Unassembled Components: next day pick up fee = $25 extra (p/n: RUSH25)
same day pick up fee = $50 extra (p/n: RUSH50)
Assembled: next day pick up = $25/cabinet (p/n: RUSH25 x #cabinets)
Delivered/Freight Orders:
Flat Pack: ships next day fee = $50 (p/n: RUSH50)
Assembled: not available
6. BACK ORDERS/NOTIFICATION OF DELAYED AVAILABILITY:
Green Forest makes every attempt to ship your order 100% complete. Our policy is not to ship a job with back orders. Green Forest will
hold the job and ship when the order is complete. Green Forest will advise customers as early as possible of any delayed shipment. If
the customer opts to have the order shipped with missing components, Green Forest will not be responsible for any additional shipping
charges.
7. LOCAL CUSTOMER PICKUP:
All pickups must be scheduled. Call (757) 485-9111 to speak with Susan or Customer Service rep to schedule pickups. (If a customer
shows up without a scheduled pickup, expect significant delays.)
•All orders must be picked up no later than 4:00pm weekdays Monday–Friday.
•Green Forest does not supply any shipping blankets, straps, flags, shrink wrap etc.
•Green Forest assumes no responsibility for how a product is loaded.
•Orders not picked up after 2 weeks will incur storage fees.
8. SHIPPING DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES:
Order shortages such as missing items and/or any visible shipping damages must be noted on the shipping receipt and signed by both
the driver and the recipient. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Green Forest of any such issues within 24 hours of accepting
delivery. Any orders accepted and signed by the customer without such note will be considered complete. All hidden shipping damages
must be claimed by the customer within 5 days. Digital photographs must accompany all claims of hidden damage. (Please keep in mind
that hidden damage means that the cabinet is damaged but the box that they are in is not.) All items that have been installed cannot be
claimed as damaged.
Project Sales & Large Orders
Special pricing is established for large projects with long lead times (12 weeks and longer). Custom sizes and custom doors are also
available for these projects. Please contact your Sales Representative for pricing.
Please identify:
•the project size
•lead time
•if cabinets are flat pack or assembled
•any special attributes
ADA Base Cabinets at 32½” tall are available with project sales and large orders.
