Sponsorships can be customized based on your organizations goals. Your
company exposure is based on the dollar amount. Examples: VIP chalet
passes, VIP parking, logo on all posters, website, etc.
Chalet Partner
$4,500 to $8,500
Located on the flight line provide your guests with perfect front row seats
(catering costs are additional). See additional details on Pages 8-10.
VIP Chalet
$500 to $3,000
Sponsor the food and beverages for one or both days. Have your
company logo displayed on the chalet visible to all AirFest attendees.
Display/Vendor Tents
$750 to $2,000
The perfect venue to promote your business with sampling, couponing,
or other marketing activities to reach show attendees (some restrictions

military and civilian performers before and during AirFest. Your logo will
be prominently displayed at the Performer Oasis throughout AirFest.
Honored Military Chalet

Help to underwrite the cost of food and beverages provided to the
military personnel and their families over the two days .
