Your house will be entered in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), a database of available listings that can be
accessed by real estate agents nation-wide.
A “home book” will be designed for showings at your house. This book includes pertinent information about
your property that buyers will be interested in.
Open houses will be scheduled at your convenience, typically twice in the first 30 days. Open houses are
advertised weekly in our Lansing State Journal Sunday ad.

Flyers will be distributed to prospective buyers at your house and to other real estate agents in the area.

Additionally, “broker opens” can be held for area Realtors® within first 30 days of listing.
