Terms and Conditions Payment is required on a CASH ON DELIVERY basis only unless Credit Account facilities have been agreed. Any claims for short or damaged goods must be made within 3 hours of delivery. We ask that orders be over the value of £50.00. Should your cheque be returned Unpaid or Refer to Drawer you will incur a cost of £10.00 and be invoiced accordingly. All weights and specifications are approximate. Market variations can sometimes cause price fluctuations, we will advise you. Our Products are delivered as either Frozen or Chilled. Please store frozen products below –18oC and all chilled products at 5oC and below please ensure you use in rotation. If the product exceeds it ideal storage temperature it is advised that it is consumed within 12 hours or discarded. Please ensure re-heating of our frozen or chilled product range is complete. The size of your Microwave will affect the reheating. Please probe and ensure the product is re-heated to a Core Temperature of 75oC for at least 2 minutes prior to use. Always stir well and check heating is complete before serving. The storage & re-heating information above is believed to be correct, but is no substitute for professional advice.
