From 5 to 7 May 2016 (Ascension Day), FANTASY BASEL will once again be making
the hearts of all digital geeks, game addicts and fantasy freaks beat faster with
amazing, high-quality exhibitions, sales stands, shows, films and games.
The size of the exhibition and event space will be increased to over 30,000 m2,
making it twice as large. Tickets will be available from November.

fans, freaks and cheerful people! We‘re looking forward to spending another
exciting convention with you!
TICKETS
Total success for FANTASY BASEL 2015: every ticket sold!
20,000 visitors made the festival for comics, games, cosplay and film a major success.
The cheerful, peaceful and colourful event captivated fans and exhibitors alike.
The start date for ticket sales for FANTASY BASEL 2016
will be announced in October.
PROGRAMME
In 2016, the programme will be even more diverse, more international,
more wide-ranging.
We are currently working on putting together a high-quality programme for you,
with lots of surprises and undoubtedly a few star guests. Individual highlights will
be announced on Facebook all the time. For cosplayers, we‘re also offering
changing facilities and cloakrooms for the first time.

EXHIBITORS
In 2015, we were able to present over 100 sales stands, exhibitors, artists and shows.
FANTASY BASEL 2016 will be even larger and more extensive, with twice the
exhibition and event space. Once again, we will be attaching great importance to
presenting facilities of the highest quality. Thanks to the redesign of the exhibition
areas, these will be even more attractive for visitors, exhibitors and artists alike.
We are increasing the size of the exhibition space; we are expecting over 30,000
visitors in 2016!
FANTASY BASEL 2015 was THE talked-about event, attracting 20,000 visitors to
Basel. An event with its finger on the pulse of the times! News formats such as Swiss
TV/Tagesschau, 10vor10, Tele Basel, Tele Züri and all the major print media reported
on FANTASY BASEL.
The most important thing for us – the visitors and exhibitors were totally
delighted! Build on the success of FANTASY BASEL 2015 and join us in
planning FANTASY BASEL 2016!

We are increasing the size of the exhibition and event space to 30,000 m2 and are
