WHERE
NATURE
PLAYS
A natural amphitheater like the Hollywood Bowl is a rare thing: a habitat and haven
for flora and fauna alike. We have been certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, a
designation granted to organizations that implement an environmental management plan.
You can help! Take the bus. Ride your bike. Park and Ride. Leave the car at home and get
there the green way. You’ll enjoy your concert more, and you’ll help cut down on carbon
emissions and traffic around the Bowl.

LA PHIL IN THE COMMUNITY
The LA Phil has a long-standing commitment to the education
of current and future generations of concert-goers. More than
120,000 children and adults each year benefit from the LA Phil’s
concerts for schools and families, in-school residencies, training
for young composers, free neighborhood concerts, pre-concert
lectures and more. YOLA (Youth Orchestra LA) – inspired by Music
Director Gustavo Dudamel’s artistic vision and experience in
Venezuela’s El Sistema – works with community partners to provide
free instruments and high quality music instruction to children in
underserved areas of L.A.
Your ticket purchases and donations help to ensure the future of these
programs and more. Details at LAPhil.com/Education
